Hey Tim, In the past few months I found your older videos about busking, how much you made and how to earn more money busking etc. Before lockdown 3 I was planning on starting busking in Leeds city centre as that's where I'm at uni studying music. I'm still planning on busking from April 12th when shops etc open but do you have any tips? Music is my passion and I love it with all my heart and have always done but I just don't know where to start, even with picking what songs are best perform etc. Would be great to hear from someone who's experienced in busking and interacting with the public. Keep up the good work man, it's so inspiring! :)

Hey Matt, thanks for your comment mate! As far as songs go, I'd pick 10 to start with and then keep adding to them all the time. Next thing you know, you'll have 35 songs that you know. In terms of choice of those songs, I would pick songs that people will know, a combo of newer ones and older classics (like Use Somebody, fix you etc.) I would have 80% of your songs ones that people will know and be able to catch onto as they go past. Then I would also pick some songs you really LOVE to play - the other 20%. This will mean you don't get bored and people often ask you to play your "favorite song to sing" It's such a special time when you're busking, Enjoy it dude
