great jig. 2 suggestions: 1) get a 5 foot section of 1" emt to use as a lever, and you can bend the last 3 feet of the 3/4" emt. 2) if you route out where the metal pipe strapping attaches to the 1/2" plywood so its lower than the surface of the plywood, also route out the two side pieces the same idea, you'll be able to slide the 3/4" emt cleanly without it catching on the metal strapping.

Thx, both good suggestions. Though I left a couple of feet straight so that the pipe's curve aligned to the 10' base.

Great video. I get the 4.5 foot radius but what is the measurement of the y axis (measurement of the plywood bender. Thanks

I just used scrap wood and it ended up being 19.5 inch length but 15 to 25 inch is probably okay for a usable size.

Also the 4x4s are 35 inch.

Nice. How do you join the pieces. Amazing that you just eyeball it.

I just tryed bends until I got what I needed. 4.5' radius bend on two 3/4" 10' emt pipes with the first 2.5' section left straight gave a base of 10' and a height of 6'10".
