I am turning 37 this year, I’m still discovering new things every day. I don’t think it matters your age, or what you’ve been through, there is always time for change and you have to follow it. I’m loving this version of you Niomi! I totally get if you’re not ready to talk about relationship stuff (other commenters should respect your privacy!) but I feel like there’s a more authentic, frank, almost sassy Niomi coming through here which I’m SO here for! I have to say I also really like when you talk about the dark stuff. I totally get not wanting it to be the focus and you want to bring the positivity, but the light stuff feels like it comes from such a more authentic place when the dark is acknowledged. It’s like taking what’s in the dark, exploring it, and shedding light onto it, so that it starts to feel manageable and less heavy. I’ve been feeling very down lately and find it very helpful to hear content creators like you talk about these types of things. Just my two cents!

I’m sorry. But, Niomi, as a public figure you only project a v v confusing narrative of what “healing” and “being in the right place” is. Every time you find someone new, you turn into them in that you start adopting their lifestyle- whether it’s fitness, yoga or even, spirituality. And then, you come around and say that you are “in the right place as you have never been before” but proceed to say that in the past months you were not. But that’s not right, is it? If you have been sharing “positive” and “the best life you are living” posts on all your socials since the past few months. Does that mean you weren’t in the best time of your life then? Does it mean you were pretending just for the views and likes? It’s all too confusing. It would be so much more better if you could not come to your public every time with a new “I’m in the best place of my life” and instead, come up with the real narrative which can be “I am still healing from everything that has happened to me and it might take a lot of time”. This way it’s more honest and true to all the people who have been following you since the British KZbinrs’ era. I already know you’ll block me after this, but that’s not how real life goes and we all know that. Bless you and good luck with your newest new life ✨

Really didn’t plan to comment but I just really want to say that whatever you’re going through is FOR you, the good the bad or the ugly. Like some of the comments mentioned, even though you seemed happy last year and it seemed like you were on a path that you thought you should be on, I, like many others, felt like you weren’t able to truly be you. No one will really know what happened behind closed doors and if you don’t want to share with your audience it’s completely understandable. But I feel like no matter how happy you may have seemed it wasn’t true to who you really are. As someone who is intuitive, watching this video makes me feel like you are owning your power again, and coming back to yourself like you mentioned. I’m truly happy for you and excited to watch your videos again!

No, she shouldn’t open up. He was clearly wrong for her (…and any other woman…) and what she needed to do was excise him from her life: now that she’s done that, she should do whatever feels right, and, frankly, trying to explain to a bunch of strangers about that situation is unlikely to be right for her. How do you even begin to unpack it in therapy, let alone on the internet? I wouldn’t be surprised if she isn’t even talking about it in her personal life, because who wants to constantly think about a terrible experience? Let her move on and forget about it, and if she does someday feel that the best thing for her well-being is to talk about it on the internet, great, but until then, let’s do her a favour and pretend the last year was a shared hallucination that doesn’t need to be addressed. Actually, we’ll be doing ourselves a favour too, because I’m sure we are all at least a little traumatised by being exposed to him. We should all agree that after this video, we never acknowledge 2023 again. 2021, 2022, 2024.

Agree about the cycles and seasons. I have really been learning a lot about circadian rhythm/biology and quantum biology the past few years. Intuitively, makes a lot of sense. Do you ground after a flight? I know some really find that helps with jet lag :).
