Update on Lion's Mane project - growing in a bucket with lime pasterized wood shavings

Update on Lion's Mane Project.
It's been 2 weeks since I colonised the wood shavings in pasteurized lime solution (just under 12ph).
I checked it after a week and saw a couple of fluff balls, hence I left it another week to see on how it will go.
As you can see, the mould has taken over the substrate, the Lion's Mane is to slow to out colonise the mould.
I have the resut and answer what I seeked.

Hi, thank you for watching. used 500g for about 1.5kg of hardwood shavings, so 3-1.

Its a pity. I tried this method for oysters and straw and works well. After two weeks almost full colonized. I also know person who use fuel pellets to lions mane and he pasterize by hot water. He almost has no contamination.
