Rich, dealing with Etsy is like dealing with a ghost. It's like it's AI. Very frustrating not ever being able to talk (or even an echat) with a live person. I have an Etsy shop and keep my fingers crossed every time I list something that it will go smoothly. And yes, a forum seems to be the only way to find an answer. I hope it finally works out for you. I like the idea of you selling your vases directly. At least the money will go directly to you.

It feels horrible when you take all your waking hours, to try and build yourself up, and then you have to put your faith in another company to help get you out there but they keep letting you down instead! It's just wrong. Hopefully this will give me the "shove" I need, to try a different way to get there 🙏

Hi Richard, hosting your own webshop is gong to be a lot of work. Think about setting up transactions and dealing with shipping losses and damages etc. You won’t have time to do your work. Have you thought about Ebay.?
