Christmas Day she told me that I would never guess what the present is. Guess what it was the stuff you put in the Christmas boxes I was so excited. I tend to quilt like you... I call it "flying by the seat of my pants". Make my plan as i go, letting the quilt tell me what it wants me to do. I always tell my quilting group that i run to listen to the quilt and follow it's plan. Dont make the complete plan when you start. Adjust as you go. Works everytime

My sympathies for the loss of your dad 😢I lost my dad to covid in April 2020 😢time is a great healer 💋I also sat with my brother for 6wks running up to his passing😢which was soo very hard to do ,but I came home every evening after my visits and I got on my machine and sewed and sewed, it took me to another place away from my pain 😊 so very helpful, hopefully your continued sewing will help you with the loss of your dad ❤ god bless you Kate ❤❤
