You can call them for roblox support and send a voice mail at them so roblox real people that work there can talk with you or just talk with a roblox developer (they can help you alot!)

Dang, how terrible is Roblox Support these days I don’t even play video games anymore I just watch KZbin Videos and Work a lot for more money so I can get a fancy car currently I am driving my dads old ugly farm truck
