Nice looks good 👍🏻. Been trying to dial mine in but I keep getting saw tooth cuts on some small internal cuts. I saw that my torch had a little wiggle cause of the magnetic mount and I did my best tighten it up. But I am thinking it’s the settings on the speeds? Also I am trying to get the correct setting on my tpi it just very tedious been so hot outside that I get annoyed trying to fine tune it and it cooking outside lol. I did remember you had mention that you had some saw tooth cuts were you able to fix it?

The saw tooth cut was on my ol Gofab table. And when I went to sell it.I put it all back together, and downloaded there newest software, and it cut good. but they speeded up everything. But this new table is great..Cuts great.. what table do you have and Controls?

@@Dishtech48 I built 2 of them already first one was a 4x2 running off linuxcnc which ran good everything was spot on but then needed more room to cut so I built another one 5x5 and tried to run linuxcnc again but this time with new controls and was just a headache getting it going. So I bought this proma software which is way easier friendly and good. But getting saw tooth cuts on small shapes and I still trying to get it dialed in on the steps per inch

@@carrgrienier7726 In MyPlasma controls, it should be green light on all of them. And I used tape measure to tell myPlasma to go like 20 inches. , and I measured it to see if I needed to go more or less on the setting #'s. I was like in 4 digits at one time. Very sensitive.

Another question what z axis are you using? I got mine from a store in Canada and it works ok but it came with the breakaway mount but it wiggles to much and I think that’s causing my saw tooth cuts. Looking for a solid z axis

@@carrgrienier7726 I bought my Z axis online. A guy builds them. I can't find where it was now. Very well built, but I added a anti collision torch mount that is tight, and works awesome. Shuts down everything 8f a piece of metal flips up and torch catches it.
