Thanks for the update. I thought your previous video was balanced and described your experience, but as you say, then it's up to others to make their own decisions. I'm a bit skeptical getting software from a company I don't know, where all the reviews on the product are almost too good to be true, and the company doesn't seem to have been around long. Their website seems to go over the top with reviews and listing features and benefits. Too hyped up. But on the other hand the 9 dollars or so for a one time subscription fee seems low enough to be worth the risk. But why after a year do they still have a Founder day special and why has the price dropped again? There's bait advertising with saying xx from xx has just purchased, get in quick before the deal is gone...

I think you hit the nail on the head! All of these factors just make it seem even more “slimy.” But, like I said, my point was only to make sure people go in with their eyes open 🤷🏻♂️

Thanks for both videos Jasper. I’m just starting out and decided on CapCut! You know where that’s at now. I have $80 into it and have asked for a refund. We will see where that goes. Your comments have helped me to make a decision and move on!!

I stumbled across your video while searching for Plasfy reviews. I reviewed the comments to your 1st video as I was going to add that it was worth the fight; but, stubbornness is not one of my better qualities. Your 1st video fairly explained that it was the $109 bundle, not the $30 trial, that you were addressing. You clearly stated you hadn't reviewed the fine print to their deceptive refund policy. For me, it was their 2nd email to you that clinched it. Some rep took the time to argue with the reasons you provided and to explain to you why you were wrong. Business Rule 1 = the customer is always right! Your video and the thousands who reviewed it then opted not to purchase is exactly why this rule is so important. I, for one, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and saving me the grief.

@@BigBethieBirda I appreciate your comment and you’re exactly right. This is the reason why I disagreed with them saying that this could have been solved easily without the need for a video to “badmouth them.” First off, as you said, I tried to be as transparent as possible in my video. And secondly, I did try to solve this without making a video! They were the ones who fought tooth and nail to avoid doing it. Anyway, thank you for watching and for sharing your thoughts!

Maybe appsumo could evaluate the products first, to reduce the numbers refunds.
@ButNobodyAsked-Me3 ай бұрын
@@fabrizio.dipietro yeah, that’s a good point. As a matter of fact AppSumo recently stated that they’re looking into the way they evaluate the companies and products they partner with. This statement was unrelated to Plasfy or any one product in general but some people have been finding that the companies that make their products stop business a year or two into their “lifetime deal” which defeats the purpose and almost feels like a bait and switch.

only got the refund because the last video.. and people like me did not get the software.. at the end of the day... the software ... like many other 'too good to be true' are NOT worth our money1 THANX FOR THE VIDEOS
