If you remember your email and your email password to login you can use that as your Apple ID then you can put forgot password if you don’t remember and then they’ll send you an email and you can change your password/ email and you should get everything back I’m pretty sure, and I’m sorry all that happened:( but I’ll try to help a bit :)
