I am Trini. I stand with Guyana all the way like most Trinis and the English speaking Caribbean. Trinidad has strong cultural affinity with Ven. because of our shared history. Also, Guyana like Suriname and Trinidad & Tobago has East Indians. Most are Hindus, the Muslims and some Christians. It is a very cosmopolitan country like TT and Suriname. Suriname is even more cosmopolitan . They have people of Indonesian decent due to Holland once being their colonial masters. So learn something about these three counties before making wild statements. Bot Suriname and and Guyana are next door neighbours in northestern part of South American. They share similar ethnicity with TT which is situated 9 miles from Venezuela.
