Thought I’d let you know I received my pkg today, and I live in Michigan, U. S. In which I never get pkgs in a timely manner, so VERY surprised at the shipping. I have ordered from you several various times and this was probably one of the fastest (if that’s any consolation) Now on to the pkg these pieces are exquisite! I have bought printed fabric before from others and you do a stellar job👏🏻❤️ I haven’t been following too close, your posts, until I received these. So now I can get into it. 😊 oh my husband was very impressed by the printing. Like I said have bought from others but yours seem flawless. Rachel, this is just one of the learning curves of your life. We don't always know everything coming out of the gates and you're not expected to know everything... at least not by anyone that matters in your life. Even if you goofed a bit with this process (not saying that you did); it was a necessary learning experience. Isn't that what you would tell your daughter? Hang in there and keep your chin up for your family. I'm sure they are worried about you. From one business owner to another, sometimes we have to jump some hurdles to grow our biz. Some days make you want to curl up into a ball but tomorrow is always a new day. You may have to close the door on the craft room for a day or two and go refresh yourself. If you do that, it might be beneficial to yourself, your family, and your viewers will be all the more excited to see you back with fresh ideas. We so love it when we hear the joy in your voice and you had a lot of that when you came back from Australia. Guess what? When this experience is complete, you will be a whiz at using FedEx.

Gone are days when your custom was valued highly and suppliers/retail stores bent over backwards to do the utmost to assist. Myer, a big department store in Australia, had the motto "the customer is always right" from the 1940s but it disappeared sometime in the 90s.....Fed-ex is such a large corporation, I bet their motto is "we're always right." Having been treated the way you have Rachel, they should be providing some sort of compensation for the hardship you've suffered. You're lucky though that you have a loyal base of customers who will not walk away or it could be worse. I'd think twice before I'd use "F" again. I hope you sleep better tonight....zzz. zzz zzz
