Genuine tip I hope you actually take. I have been in the home restoration industry for 10+ years specializing in drying out homes. I highly advise you knock out the toe kicks of your cabinets, and get another 2-3 fans and go rent a dehumidifier from sunbelt. Then set up all that equipment in the kitchen, set up some containment making a plastic wall to separate the kitchen from the rest of the house and let the eq run. You'll spend a little more now, but save yourself thousands of dollars a year from now when the kitchen is riddled with mold and you'll need to gut the full kitchen.
