Hey brother, I'm seriously impressed with this video. While it's like going out into a winter storm buck naked, it takes a TON of courage to admit when things aren't going well. Mental illness plagues a large portion of the world's population, and most don't know it... and those that do, generally don't want to admit it (let alone making a confession video about it). AND YOU CONQUERED IT!!! That takes serious balls boss! I'm a 46 year old with 13 years on the United States Marine Corps and witnessed a lot comrades who battled depression and lost. I, myself, have similar struggles so I totally understand what it takes to get out of that mindset. You look great, like you've been exercising and your eye movement looks coherent with brain patterns of thought (military training identifiers of someone who's not all there). CONGRATULATIONS!!! You're a good dude who deserves to be surrounded with loved ones. It's easy to feel alone in this world of "social media" and finding that special someone is key. Being a Dad is like putting the cherry on the most delicious sundae ever... you'll do just fine. Remember to visit your darkness and remind yourself how NOT TO GET TRAPPED IN IT... often; it helps to voice it when you're struggling and we're always here for you man. That's not pillow talk, that's the real deal bro. If you're ever stuck and break out of the mental prison, hit me up (or make a video like this and I'll see it) and I'll slap you around and remind you what a badass you really are. I was one of those ones wondering where you had gone, and what had happened to you but I kept checking back, hoping one day I'd see a video like this one and I'm damned glad I did.
