Hey mate, I would recommend extending the front diff actuator breather hose on the front of the diff. It’s real short and with the big diff drop it’ll fill up in no time. Iv got the same diff drop and have had it fill up with water.

Been watching for a few years, I think the first vid I saw was the Navara best mods one when I really wanted a Nav haha. Nowadays the stuff on the channel that resonates most is the old school stuff like the C10, Apache and XK Falcon, but I'll always watch any new video posted because I'll always laugh and pick up a few things that'll help me in the rare time I get to go in the shed and work on something nowadays. But more important than any of that, you all seem like a top bunch of blokes, Mac's post on IG about being positive and helping folks in lockdown a while back really resonated with me when Melbourne was in a shit situation, plus seeing the stuff done with Beyond Blue and such just makes me think you're all fucking champions in my book. Gday legend love ur channel. Hilux is a beast!! I have a late 2017 Hilux myself and I’m about to put in my second suspension kit. The first 2inch lift kit with kings springs has been done by TJM and has lasted me almost 3 and half years. I have a aluminium canopy on back and 6 months ago put a campboss roof top on to go with twin battery 12volt set up fridge shelves and stuff. The rear leave springs are extremely flat and have been told by Pedders and TJM that I need a GVM upgrade. Since I love the work you blokes do I was just after and ideas or what you think would be the next best way I should go, since I’m going to be spending a bit of coin I want the right gear. Thanks heaps for all ur great work keep it up legends. P.s great comments on beyond blue always massive 👍up 🤘🤘

Hi Shane TJ here , I’d prob throw a couple of airbags in if you have leaf springs mate , but you may have to look into further chassis bracing if your over your factory gvm 😎

@@shanethyssen8299 na to be honest leaf springs are much better for heavy loads because the support the chassis in two locations, a coil spring holds the chassis in only one spot, which can potentially stress the chassis more

There's a fair bit of attention at the moment with younger blokes being silly buggers on the beach. Tips like at 26:00 regarding beach driving and erosion lips are handy. Helpful tips that are sprinkled in to a vid like this will give a some needed exposure to the younger boiks who are watching to keep safe while driving on the beaches.
