I cannot find my Sony remote. Can I set this up without it? Do have the Xfinity remote (hence the fire tv stick to possibly disconnect from the high price of Xfinity) TY for your help!

As long as you can switch your TV's input to the Roku, you can then use the Roku remote for everything else.

App performs very poorly. Duplicate audio play issues across streaming apps are so annoying. In order to fix you need to restore factory settings and start the whole process of adding, linking and logging on in order to watch.

Did not encounter any problems like that. Wondering if there's something atypical about your setup and configuration? Did you file a bug report?

@@AskDaveTaylor no, as another person I know is experiencing the same issue. And yes have reported to Amazon, they instructed a network setting reset and to uninstall all apps, then the issue starts repeating again! Amazon said to return it.
