Patriots fan. That first overall pick should absolutely be up for sale. There is a clear scenario where the Giants or Raiders move up and the pats have 7 picks in the first 3 rounds (including 4th or 8th overall). That is how you rebuild effectively.

The smartest thing for the giants to do would be to draft BPA then get a late development QB in the 3/4th and sign a bridge QB. If the development guy doesn’t work out, you still have a starter like Sam Darnold or Kirk Cousins and can try your luck another year when the top QBs are actually worth something. That’s never gonna happen though because the management and coaches are all on the hot seat from being horrible for multiple years so they’re gonna be forced to make a poor decision in hopes it will work out for them ASAP.

I am going to shock some people. I believe Shedeur fits the Titans and, Browns more than the Giants. The Titans have Brian Callahan who coached Joe Burrow and, the Browns have Kevin Stefanski who coached Kirk Cousins both of them have a similar skillset to Shedeur Sanders. I think Shedeur should be more focused on fit, he is in a unique situation to where he can get to the best fit

You will still be crying if they do get them. Neither of them are going to change anything for this team. Sanders barely has an NFL arm and will have a hell of a time completing passes when it gets windy and nasty in NY. Wards big play hunting will get him killed and lead to a ton of turn overs in the NFL. People get enamored with that stuff in college players. We would be better off with Kyle McCord or Will Howard. Good QBs with much more upside.

If the Browns lose to the Ravens on Saturday and the Giants lose to the Eagles, the Bills lose to the Patriots, and the Texans lose to the Titans on Sunday, the Browns will have the #1 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and the Giants will settle for the #2 pick.
