Updated Armor and Builds Video for Crucible in Destiny 2 Lightfall (Guide)

Hello everyone, in this video I wanted to show you guys my new builds and how to get the builds that I use. In Destiny 2 Lightfall the mod system was changed a bit so that every armor piece can use any mod regardless of the element but they also removed some mods and changed how others work. In this video I'm going to show you guys how to efficiently make a PvP Armor Build and I'm going to show you guys how to make loadouts and save them properly. 7:07 You could use harmonic dexterity since you are going for a found verdict build which has the same element as your subclass and would fit the energy available

I'm a 700 hour pve player and after finally dipping my toes into quick play found I really enjoy PVP, However I main Voidlock in PVE and as such haven't done much farming for PVP rolls on almost anything, so starting up a hunter to hopefully learn the ropes and get some decent gear, This was mega MEGA helpful for someone such as myself who doesn't know a damned thing about PVP, Thank you kindly for putting this info/video out, It is very appreciated

You get a lot more flexibility modwise when your guns match your subclass which you missed a bit but it'll just take some getting used to, and its fun swapping guns of the same type but diff element for a change

Dude panduh I’m having the same problem, since they got rid of powerful friends mobility it’s so hard to compensate on hunter since we have to roll for mobility 😞

I still kept my 3ple 100s on hunter with stompies and Gemini thank fk lol..i did lose a bunch off STR but i never play void hunter so its fine.

You can run rose for the consistent 20 mobility and 80 mobility. That’s what I started to do

Another thing to keep in mind is that you can match up your subclass and weapon elements and use the harmonic mods, which are generally cheaper than the generic elemental mods.

I'm sure someone has said it in the comments but if you're running a weapon that matches your class (arc/arc) harmonic mods cost 2 and apply as the class you are. So you can fit in double dex harmonic on there.

since you’re using arc titan; you can use harmonic for 2 instead of arc for 3. saves energy and potentially enough to stack another one

@@eesaahmad738 basically harmonic mods are targeting, scavenger, ect for whatever subclass ur currently running. For example: if I have void hunter, harmonic loader will increase reload speed on…let’s say a void smg like shayura’s wrath

They should just make them work and give+2 but only proc on primary kill. You already die to special frequently in comp and quickplay due to dying and respawnin letting people go on tears while focusing on primary is fine. And for the record i always hated specials but with sbmm and the special fixes I think it'd be ok.

​@@fotis3v480 problem with this: how do you code it to be different from you vs a teammate or enemy picking up the brick on the ground? Even more, how would it specifically check that the killer used a primary for the kill, that the person who scavs used primary FOR said brick, and the scavenger was the same person who got the kill? Or even worse, shoot to loot? Lots of problems with that proposal from a fundamental standpoint.

@@PanduhGG theres a harmonic dexterity mod that gives bonus dexterity to weapons of the same element as your subclass and it only costs 2, so in this example it would work with your fw on striker

Powerful friends is the only way hunters were able to invest into anything other than mobility. They don’t have a barricade and don’t have healing. How are hunters suppose to build into resilience, mobility, and recovery for PvP or PvE (resilience thresholds in PvP like 6 res for thorn 2 head 1 body) stat rolls literally can’t roll that way. Mobility is nearly useless on every other class. On top of all of this the dodge cool down got another time increase as well which is fine if I could build into mobility with out murdering my recov or resilience l.
