Huge tip from someone who was struggling. Phase one is easy so I’ll leave that out but basically do what video says and don’t use any mana and just charge the staff for big hits during first phase. Phase two you want to have as much mana as possible. Only use cloud step spell and charge that staff and hit him when he makes moves at you NOT when he is standing still. Also iron money transformation, the head butt guy spirit, and the Fan. Do as much damage with those as you can and just keep using cloud step and charging your staff for big hits. This is by far the easiest way. Pluck of many and an immobilize are not very useful and just waste too much mana when you could just easily use cloud step the whole time which I had much more success taking big damage off of him.

Bro, listen! Wukong was in my 25 years of gaming the hardest game for me. I fought that mf for 5 straight days, 3-4 Hours a day. Your method worked. I once was able to freeze the boss with my stone monkey transformation. I duplicated myself and gave both me and my clone ice fists. We were able to freeze the boss and then deal loads of damage. Good times.

cool, I followed half these steps and beat him in my 2nd try today, after like 20 yesterday the biggest change was that I originally wasn't using stone monkey... that one is a game changer I didn't need Pluck either, just saving mana as much as I can for Immobilize and Cloud Step

At the second stage when you get him from 50%-75% the medicine do not work. If shows that you used then, but the effects do not work.

For me, Yellow Long is the hardest boss in Wukong. Literally after our 4 days of battle, I rushed to my wife and cried… She asked me if there is a close friend or a relative who died. The only words that came out of my mouth was “I need rest.” while crying. 😭😭😭 After that battle, all remaining boss like Hundred Eyed Daoist, Yaksha King, Wukong Shell, Yin Tiger were like I can manage. 😂😂😂

He is aggressive because you let him be aggressive. You are probably always hanging about in his agro zone when you shouldnt

For me, I just went with a Spellbinder build, equipping as much crit% and crit damage boost as possible. His first phase is super easy. I pretty much do the same thing as here, except with Spelllbinder active. In the second stage, it's all about out maneuvering him and finding your openings. And then when you have full focus, take a Loong Aura pill and smash him. It will do MASSIVE damage. Try to get as many charged full focus attacks in as possible while the pill is active. I also use the Supreme gourd with 30 year coconut wine, and the soaks that prevent interruption from enemy attacks, chance to drink without consuming a gourd use, and i forget what the third soak was. Lol. But yea... dodge his attacks, make sure you don't hit him in stone form.. and pick your openings. You'll chip him down with light attacks and do massive damage with full focus heavy attacks. This method seems fun. I may try it just to compare.

No one has done an update fight anywhere not even TikTok after the patch this wukong throwing hands at everyone or they just don’t care to finish the game in NG+++ this man is a demon… this tactic does not work anymore the only thing that does is the initial glitch for 15 sec on the first move he counters everything you dodge and he just keeps pushing need an updated fight

@DBIIIStudios it is difficult to distinguish, when 100s of people are doing. I apologize also, i may have dumped on you too, and projected previous experiences. It has been so damn hard man, everyone is frustrated, and i am alone doing this. To make your charged shots connect, do it from a massive distance, release, and keep the stick pressed towards him. Some times he may dodge still, but75% of the time at least first hit will connect. Let me know if this helps, or any other help you need. I will delete that exchange however, there is no purpose for it
