I think ultimate descendants should be ranked. High Voltage Ultimate Bunny is way better than normal Bunny. Absolute Zero Ultimate Viessa should be ranked. Like that addition to builds allows her to mob better than doing standstill void fragments. They should talked about how much the ultimate trans mods help them. So if they do nothing they’ll be right next to each other.

@@Mercenary-1914 Not really. she’d fall a whole tier because she’s not as versatile. Being good at multiple mobbing styles makes you the best. Normal bunny can hit the enemies but not kill them until you invest. High Voltage by itself is enough to kill them fast enough, even without catalysts and a energy activator. I already tested all of this. Or you could go only damage mods for your 60 slots but have no range and no cooldown which puts your cooldown longer than light emissions duration. I’ve been running a Normal Bunny at 59/60 full range and cooldown. It hits everything but doesn’t kill, fast enough. Where as normal high voltage with a similar setup is much easier to perfect without investment, has more damage, has more range, has a lower cooldown, etc. And the reason Bunny is thought of as good is she can have big AoE while being lazy, so you need the range and cooldown to keep her ability up. Making it a bunch of negatives that you have to invest more into normal Bunny when there’s an ultimate that’s way better at the same investment. You can test it yourself. base light emission can only kill the weakest of the mobs and anything else is already needing 3 or more hits. Any shield enemy or shielded enemy takes her forever in this style Unless you go the full damage and zero range, which then makes her the same range as possibly Valby, Viessa or Blair and they perform better because Bunny’s ability will miss while these 3 would kill them since their have DoT damage constantly and Light emission ticks only when a certain distance is reached. Obviously fully invested is different but at that point it should already be Ultimate Bunny. This is was also apparent during the era of Valby Farm. Bunny’s ability couldn’t hit any enemies but kept killing the boss and their orbs, and I’m sure many people who farmed this saw how annoying and useless Bunny was. She wouldn’t be the same overall ranking either and for bossing she should honestly be C-tier. Normal light emission does no damage to bosses. People should realize how different the same character is. This is why I didn’t invest at all and once hard mode unlocked I went straight for Ultimate Bunny. She was my first Ultimate and I didn’t spend any catalysts on anyone until I got her. The tier should be called “Ultimate Bunny” if we’re basing it off Moxsy’s list.

Jayber can be used as a support character in the bossing tier list, when running Medical Compulsion or no skill modules as his turrets scale hp with his hp, and the upgraded medical turrets being shot by his 3 have a taunt effect, so they can be used as very good tanks during boss fights, pulling the aggro

@@LJZombie I have Kyle with 5 catalysts and yeah, he is by far THE WORST bosser in the game. Playing him optimally is like managing an RTS game with having to focus on his cooldowns and passive skill 24/7. With other descendants you can just turn your brain off and be decent. A fully upgraded secret garden is required otherwise you're doing doodoo dps. Its just too much investment for a character who gets surpassed by everyone else with less, even Esiemo.

You can skate with ajax's kangaroo build by using void charge immediately after a jump. You travel 23m off of a single jump, 27m off of a double jump, and up to 57m by canceling an air grapple with a single jump into the void change. You lose too much momentum if you double jump after a grapple so you won't travel as far as with a single jump.

Pretty nice list Moxsy. I love to hear your input based on the findings you had in your gameplay. I would suggest though that mobbing has less influence on your overall score.. because while anyone can throw on a thundercage and mob.. not everyone can throw on a piercing light and boss. As such, the fact that hailey CAN do quite well with that thundercage, might influence her into a better overall, because she's THE bossing character, and she CAN put that thundercage on and be as good as anyone else at that. Im ngl...Hailey mobbing build is actually pretty decent: First ability: 0 sec spam, auto aim, pretty high dmg. She can pretty afk farm with it. But it does suffer from only having 9 shot and auto aim sometimes shoot non enemies. I find thats she does amazing in battlefield/void missions. Ive been using it more than bunny when farmin reactors.

Freynas definitely gonna be a tier or higher for mobbing after her skill updates tomorrow. The main bad thing about her is her skills dont stack or update. If you use your skill 1s 10% poison, thats gonna be the set DOT until it runs out, so if you use your 4s 80% poison or any other ability it doesnt apply or update the skill dmg. It simply gets negated. If it stacks after tomorrow shes definitely gonna be much more viable, popping 2 or 3 different poison stacks At once.

One thing I'd like to see added in, when talking about a "specific build" that you showcase the build, specifically the mods then transition into the clips you showed of the build play. As a player who's still learning seeing what build you're talking about would help a lot in both understanding and setting my path to grind for those mods and character's if they pique my interest.

I just leveled Jayber and he feels quite clumsy. There are some east changes that can be made to improve his quality of life before even messing around with powers and scaling. I would like to see his turrets be placed at the crosshairs with a single button press instead of needed to aim and drop it. They would be much quicker to move than needing to press the button two or three times. His multi-purpose gun also needs its animation dramatically quickened. It’s not long enough to bother with a roll cancel, but too long to quickly apply its effects and move on.

I do think the ultimates should be included or at the very least have their own type of tier list or something. a couple ult variants have really good tranc mods that the normals obviously can't use and they should be talked about even if it's brief. the ult versions of bunny, viessa and valby for example are just leaps and bounds better because of the builds you can make.

He is so much fun to play! When you have max cooldown and range on him, you can just jump around covering the ground with fire and then if you start to run out of mana you use his 2 to get all your mana back. He's my favorite character to play if I'm not trying to farm for things, fighting bosses, or trying to clear things as fast as possible.

Because Hailey's Cold Fury also modifies the output of Thunder Cage's unique ability, I have been using Thunder Cage on her a LOT. She definitely makes the Thunder Cage the strongest in HER hands. But, take the Thunder Cage away from her and her mobbing goes straight in the gutter. It's tera-bad. So I definitely understand where you put her for mobbing. I did, however, get a good chuckle seeing her have her own tier for bossing, but rightfully so. Since Hailey came out, I've been only using her. Tried to go back to Bunny and things don't feel right. And Bunny's bossing is horrible compared to Hailey's. Might take a tad bit longer to get through trash, but the moment an elite or boss shows up... bye bye.

I love Jayber and Esiemo. I don't 100% agree with some things. Let's start with jayber and dungeon runs. Jayber isn't bunny but his turrets hit pretty nicely and with two you cover a good area. The range you have to set them is also nice. You can always have overhaul. Most enemies die on spawn. At the boss you can put two turrets together for a lot more dmg and you also can shot(20%firearm dmg from turrets). With rolling and grapple you can keep up with most Bunny's and take all the kills in some of the dungeon. When it comes to bossing my fastest solo hard dead bride kill is 16 seconds. Fastest devourer is 9s and executor is 23. But those are easy bosses and jayber isn't a huge bosser but wanted to point that out. Now Esiemo...he's not higher then Jayber if were talking about skill dmg. Yes he has cool burst but the set up time and mp cost really brings him down. Not only that but mobs cause problems. To give an example the highest burst I've done on solo hard Devourer is his shields and some health. Unless you some how found a way to do even more dmg then that I don't think the burst is worth it. In fact Esiemo can out dps that burst with a gun build. His 4th gives him 25% firearm and can have 100%uptime...just got to deal with doing the 4th again. I believe my fastest gun Esiemo kill was 12 or 11 seconds on solo hard Devourer. Side note Esiemo needs some love and two of his transcendent mods are bugged

Doing some testing with Esiemo and I'm just not seeing it. If his crits were more reliable so maybe in team play with a luna but if we're doing that the jayber would also be going up. But in solo play the face that Esiemo can out dps his skills with a gun is just telling. Now I am using Greg's but just using all options. Gunsiemo is better then Esiemo. But still not great

Did you get to experience EC module on bunny before they patched it? where you can detonate your 4 multiple times before it was on cooldown. Bunny was basically the new Kyle, she was one shotting bosses in most case scenarios.

I think the ultimates should be rated seperately. You already kind of include them. You showed high voltage in action while talking about bunny's bossing potential, but that is ultimate exlusive. it would be nice to see how the ultimates differ from their normal counterparts as I think a lot of people are considering choosing one of the two rather than just investing in both. on that note, you could maybe just put them in a "don't bother" tier if they offer nothing outside of their normal counterpart, as it is quite a grind to get them.

I recently got Luna and I could see her being more fun with some investment. However, I play with controller on PC and having to constantly hit the R1+(whatever) button repeatedly is terrible. I don't understand why they didn't implement the system Warframe has for such a kit. For example, if I were to use Luna's 2nd ability (R1+square) using the way Warframe does it, I wouldn't have to subsequently keep pressing the button combo. The system remembers the last combo you used and you just have to press R1 to reuse it, not the combination unless you're switching abilities. On a side note, while I appreciate the info in a tier list, I don't see the point in TFD other than to shine a light on how broken and unbalanced some descendants are. The "top-tier" descendants ( e.g. Bunny, Valby, Gley) outclass everyone in anything other than against colossi. If you matchmake with a Bunny or Valby and you're not also on one of them your gameplay, contribution and weapons are null and void. This is a problem with the long-term life of the game. Until the devs take off their rose-tinted glasses for Bunny etc., the community will continue to find ways to play lazy and negate the weapons and supposed co-op part of the game. Before someone says "make a better build" or "play solo", I play solo most of the time because of the balancing issue already. Blair is my guy but if I want to play co-op and get matched with a Bunny, I'm out. If I wanted to watch someone play the game I want to play, I'll go to Twitch.

Im gonna make the argument that lepic could go up a tier in mobbing his add clear obviously isnt as good but his mix of boss damage for the ending is a great help also usung his 3 on a map with holes is just funny idc Id also say enzo and hailey should be higher his point that everyone can use a gun is true but theres a difference between hailey guaranteed crit one shotting mobs and melting tankier enemies in a few shots to relying on alot of rng taking a few shots for basic enemies and half a mag for others i mainly use a 687k dps eternal will power and the difference in haveing the 3 at max is super noticeable also for guns like gregs

Personally, I don't think Ultimates need to be on the tier list. The normal version on the list should also encompass the Ultimate version as well. It's just better for readability. You'd also have to consider that most of the Ultimate version have their faces obscured, so if a new player is looking into the game they'll probably be confused.

How was Enzo in D tier? Enzo is the only one who I can make work and do all content with. You really only need Enzo and Sharen, but Bunny can just breeze through so much content. Enzo might be slower but he gets it all done where Bunny can fail. Apart from those I put all other Descendants into C tier because they're all the same. The only ones I don't have a Yujin and Hailey.

I played Warframe for years and had same problem there. I had meta gear and I could melt anything. It became so boring and brainless that I started using off-meta gear. I kinda lost interest in speed running the game all the time. Only continued playing cause I could play ALL content solo, because I wouldn't want to slow people down or play the same way as they do.

I would like to play other characters, but Ultimate-Bunny is simply addictive^^ I've always used a mediocre Lepic to kill bosses, now Hailey will follow. Apart from Enzo / Sharen and a bit of Viessa or Valby, I see no reason to play other characters. I think many would still need buffs. Likewise weapons. In the meantime, only 95% of all weapons are scrap, but,,, yes...

the minute a character is released that can mob as well as or better than bunny everyone will cry power creep, anything that comes out that isn't at least as good as bunny at mobbing or better this bunny brained player base will say "there isn't a point to play them because they have bunny " its a lose lose

@@families9654 But then you're doing something very wrong. There is no character in the game that is anywhere near as fast, efficient and effective for farming as Ultimate Bunny. Sure, some spots like Valby Runs or the Viessa Farm at the top of the fortress are also strong, but overall Bunny delivers the best overall package and is the best character in the game. This game is 99% about farming ;) Another problem is, that most players have built their Bunny wrong or can't play Bunny...

I think your giving bunny a little bit to much credit on bossing, builds up enrage way to fast for it's dmg, kinda like how viessa is with her blizzards. Haven't seen a Blair gun build in gluttony but it's bitter sweet watching a giant fireball miss a slow moving target lol

On the hailey debate and the thundercage argument, that's fine and all but, all the characters will not benefit the same from just throwing on a weapon like she does. She already has the best bossing, and if 1 weapon literally covers her only weak point with almost no change to the build at all, should put her in S tier overall. Yeah others can throw on EL for bossing and do bosses but even then they won't match a good hailey, while a hailey with a thundercage can practically keep up with most the mobbing builds except bunny valby and viessa and even then it's very close on effectiveness but none come close to haileys bossing ability.

you should put an ult descendant on the list if one of its ult descendent only trance mods enable a build that raises the tier above default form's tier

i was playing this game basicaly all the time those days until i see that, what is the point of farming the characters? when you farm any ultimate or harley, you for sure have done eveything that the game has to offer(which isn't much) basicaly just 6 missions that is the same in all maps, kill some bosses and that's it... the game is good, but why would i spend 2 weeks farming something? just to play again all the same missions? great content btw: followed the builds using your vids ^^

i'm confused with Valby in S and Lepic in A. It tells me you never played a Traction-Build with no cooldown on Traction and your Grenade and all of the Crit-Mods, do you ? He clears rooms way faster than Valby. If Bunny is Bunny for mobbing there is no S then right now in the game but if you put Valby in S then Lepic is 100% on her side.

I think Blair beats viessa in aoe. Her 4th is her only aoe that you can place down and forget about. Blair 1st can be place in multiple locations. And his 4th. If played right he can clear large rooms fast. Not a valby or bunny but definitely beat viessa.

That is a glitch/exploit using scroll wheel on mouse. People also do the same thing to spam 100000 shots from lepic's ult and insta kill him. They will fix that soon hopefully and maybe even ban ppl doing it

Jayber is high A-tier for farming, if you're good with him. He doesn't have mobility issues since you can summon, dismiss and then summon again at basically 0 cooldown. He's high B-tier for bossing due to his versatility. Overall, A-tier

There is also one thing to consider, you say beeing good with him, but for the investement th ereward is just no there compared to other character that are doing better and easier. If you have to put more effort it has to be rewarding or at least equal and has some fun in it, problem is that jayber animation and playstyle is so clunky, its more anoying than anything else to stop every sec and cast his 3 skill to make turret explode and shit especialy when the animation locks you on place for so long. He need a rework, at least if the skill had the animation but you can still use while running that would be ok i guess

@Shiirya Everything you just commented on as being an issue, is something you get used to as you play him and get better with him. I have well over 300 hours of active playtime with Jayber and he doesn't feel clunky at all. I actually find Bunny to be more annoying to use than Jayber

For bossing i dont see him with any enough power to nuke them, he got small buff but half of the cast at least got personal buff that are all better, he is convenient because he got buff and a bit of heal that makes him a bit more autonomous. mobbing ? outside of static and kinda small area you cant realy farm and with long animation you are stuck even more on place. Again you ahve right to like him and find some sucess ith him but everything you do with him anyone can do it more efficiently and realy more easily. Again one of his biggest issues is anoying slow ass animation that lock him in place and realy makes his gameplay clunky
