This is my hair routine 👏👏 So I wash my hair weekly and moisture every 2-3 days 1. I Rinse my hair with water 🚿 and part it into four sections so it can be easier to cleanse 2. In my four sections I will start to shampoo my hair after I finish shampooing each section I put it in twist and leave it for about 3 minutes just so my scalp can be nice and clean and sometimes my hair can take 1-2 weeks without a wash when I do this method 3. After three minutes I will rinse out the shampoo in my hair then after I finish rinsing I will take the twist out 4. I get my rinse out conditioner (it’s very thick) it has the most best slip ever and makes my hair so SOFT!! I apply that to the 4 sections then twist it and leave that in for 7 - 10 minutes after I will rinse the conditioner out and undo my twists 5. I finger detangle mostly but when my hair is very tangled I use a wide tooth comb 6. I blowdry my hair on LOW HEAT....I add Leave In Conditioner this also protects my hair from heat damage and 2 different types of heat Protectant Spray and Oil..... so I will get absolutely no damage especially as I am using low heat 7. After I finish I will put moisturising cream in my hair and oil 8. Then I will do a low manipulation hair style like 2 buns 9. The next day I will spray my hair with water from my spray bottle 10. After the next couple of days my hair will get very dry so before I go to bed I split my hair in four sections and apply my Leave In Conditioner, Spray my hair with water, and follow in with an oil...... I will plait the 4 sections and go to bed with a Satin/Silk scarf I will answer if anyone has questions 🤗

ok I really need to know what to do (I have 4a hair btw) so whats the first step when you get in the shower do you do a pre poo and then shampoo or pre poo and then condition and also when should I start to finger detangle my hair because the thing is my hair FRIZZES up when I do it and I'm not sure if I should put shampoo iand then finger detangle or finger detangle after the wash and then after the shower should i moisturise my hair while it's wet or shall I let it dry completely then mositurise it and then for the next days should I spray water then mosturise with an oil every single day or do I moisturise every 3-4 days and if not oil every day then should I spray it with water every day then leave it and if so why and also should I tie my hair up before bed like you because my hair can't really tie up since i had my BIG cut almost 9 months ago because i usually just leave it out but use a silk satin but then it's quite knotted in the morning so should I try to tie it up then silk satin or should i just leave it out and the silk satin? Also for a deep conditioner should I wear a shower cap if I have one? Also my hair sheds ALOTTTTTTT when I'm in the shower finger detangling like little kind of chunks come out and I'm no sure what to do and even if I'm brushing my hair out when it's dry lots of hair falls out what should I do? Sryy for the questions but my routines a mess lol also I'm 14

It's really trial & error. Reading ingredients helps understand what your hair likes because some ingredients your might not like. That's why I stick to products on more natural side or with ingredients I understand. Also knowing your hair porosity helps.

one time I put shampoo all over my hair and it got really dry. The shampoo was stuck in my hair it was like it was holding on to it, and when I tried to wash it out it was still stuck, so I tried to wash it out again and it still wasn't working. My hair was so hard, after tha I conditioned and blow dried it. I put some moisturizing cream in it and it was still dry!! It wasnt taking in the cream!! It was still dry and hard. Then a few days later I started noticing that when I touched my hair it jus broke off. I was panicking and this went on for about 2 weeks before it went back to normal. I don't kno wha aas wrong wit the shampoo tha time i used it cuz i used it before. So now I only put shampoo on my scalp. I thought I was gonna lose all my hair!!
