@@EmersonCho I think Windblume is very respectable on Fischl. Oz will snapshot the 32 % atk increase even when cast for the first time. I'd say if you have good rolls on your artifacts Windblume Ode is as good as a low refine stringless

The Fischl impersonation in the beginning though! I love Fischl. Fischl is one member of my OG Team (by OG team, I mean a single team comp that I used for A VERY LONG TIME. Because in the beginning of the game, those old tips about this game said that dont invest on a lot of characters coz of resources...i took that seriously, 1.0 to 1.4, i exclusively used Noelle, Kaeya, Fischl and Xiangling). Im still using Fischl some times, shes great! I build her as a sub dps right now, and im hoping to get her final cons on my wishes in the future.

Yeah for my OG team it was Fischl, Xiangling, Jean (who I was lucky to get) and one wild card, as I couldn’t decide who to put in the final slot (until I got Xingqiu in 1.6)

Nothing much changed since the very start. Build her with Thundering Fury and Gladiator/Shimenawa with stats like you would any other DPS (crit and atk). Bow-wise, it depends on what you need more, crit or atk. I don't fully get why the EM bow recommendation, when she isn't triggering reactions. Stringless is wasted if it's not on Venti.

@@matiasleon8848 Well, sure. But then you kinda have to call this a whale guide. As a light spender (welkin and BP every month) since launch, I only have 1 random R5 weapon (Rust). And it kinda seems impossible to R5 a specific weapon, especially for the sake of a 4-star unit, however good she may be.

Besides the Stringless is good on more characters, I never said to actively seek refining it for Fischl's sake, you neither need nor should.

As a 1.0 - 1.3 Fischl Main here's a few cents from me: If you get her at c6, you can actually get away with having a 2pc Phys Set and 2pc atk% set with an electro goblet. I use this kind of setup because 1, i dont need to change artifact sets anymore on her because it covers 2 departments at the same time (plus at c6 in my experience OZ still deals a lot of fischl's damage), and 2, Fischl technically just needs really good substats to be good for real. But that's it from me. Here's to hoping we get fischl back soon ;-; i miss my old main being a rate up

I can confirm this and take this a step further. In teams where you don't play her with Yun Jin, or have bow with passive AoE Damage (Like Harp, V. Hunt) Pale Flame 4pc with Electro goblet is often a recommended setup for DPS build these days. It and builds like yours do a excellent job, can be about 9/10ths as strong for Oz as a full SubDPS build so if you enjoy her both as a DPS and SubDPS its a great go to.

I'm gonna try this. see before i got her last month i already had the M. Waltz n i wanted to use it for her for obvious reasons so i built her with that 2pc Thundering Fury/2pc Shim with electro cup n crit dmg hat because i got really lucky n have great crit rate on her artifacts its so good. Also sometimes i switch up n use her as sub n switch to stringless n use Yanfei as driver n HO-LY CRAP! But I'm always looking for better builds. Thanks for the info

@@kaismessiahbaby755 Honestly, 4p Pale Flame is one of the strongest artifact sets in the game. Basically unconditional 50% damage bonus + a gladiator/shimenawa passive. And Fischl is the BEST CHARACTER to reliably use it. Her BURST ressumons her skill, its virtually 100% uptime on the effect.

I first learned about Genshin Impact about 3-4 months before it was released. From all the preview gameplay I was watching, Barbara caught my eye the most, because of the pretty colors lol. I had never played a Gacha Game before, but I did learn about it before Genshin game out, so I knew the score. I wanted Barbara. I was very happy when I found out she was going to be completely free. Once I started playing the game and seeing the other characters that were in the game, my attention was imminently drawn to Fischl. I love chunibyo characters. I got Fischl on day 3 of the game being out. I then proceeded to Main her for 10 months, and then got Yoimiya. One thing I really like about maining Fischl (and the fact that she's my favorite character) is when you have people listing their favorite characters and people mention Fischl... then you get this one person that comments: "You guys don't like Fischl, it's OZ you like"........ but for me, it's No, I actually like Fischl and used her as my on-field DPS for the first 10 months of the game.

DOOOO EEET! Building Fischl is definitely something you will not regret! She's been a part of my Main DPS Teams since I rolled her over a year ago, and find her playstyle to be what suits me best. One thing to keep in mind is that she will feel squishy for a while. Get her a good shielder, though and you should be fine!

the domain for tenacity/pale flame is perfect for farming for fischl. I can crank out two different builds (physical or support depending on the comp). And the "trash" HP % artifacts can go to my Diona for 2pc tenacity (HP/HP/HP tenacity-maidens for sheilder build). The resin value is insane after grinding the Raiden domain for the last 2 months

Great guide as always. Yun Jin was a real blessing for her as a physical unit, and you did a great job describing the rotation. I've also played her with Kazuha as a SubDPS for her in taser basically, i can highly recommend that team if you want to play Fischl on field but enjoy big purple damage from her and Beidou, it works surprisingly well if you infuse Kazuha ult with Hydro.

I finally got the waltz for fischl but still use rust because of the refinements. Still happy I finally got it , wish I had a good bow for her to use as a sub dps. I have alley hunter but it's on Sara.

Interesting thing i'd say as some one who uses both, Rust is really good on the Yun Jin team because there is no 5Sec restriction relying on Oz, especially in overworld, where i found Waltz the most fun was with Zhongli Albedo Rosaria since on that team playing into more of a hybrid build (with Waltz go ATK% Goblet, but only ever on Waltz at high refine, otherwise fischl hybrid=Electro with Pale) works perfectly with Double Geo when you aren't strictly buffing her own normals. Last abyss i 36* with Albedo and Waltz, this one i could use Rust but only have it R3, so instead am clearing with Slingshot Yun Jin for fun of it but for me core of Rosaria Zhongli remains although i can recommend a few teams. I'm fairly well invested all around though, and i should say you don't have to build Slingshot if you have R5 Rust, its more for fun, i do highly recommend that bow though, its amazing for a 3*

Love the Intro and Outro! 🤣 Thank you so much for the Updated guide! Fischl is one of the most flexible units in the game and can be built around just about any comp you can think of! C6 Fischl is definitely one of the best constellations you can get vs any other character's constellation, and add so much depth to her kit! Fischl has been in my main Team ever since i first rolled her in Oct 2020. She replaced both Lisa and Amber at the time, and now, I can't imagine a team without her! Currently, I run a Physical Fischl, but have experimented a little with going Electro and support, but it just didn't feel right to me. (That's a ME problem though.) Her team is pretty fluid: Eula/Beidou, Yoimiya/Thoma, and Zhongli/Albedo/Diona are the other positions/units I like to run with her. Although Xingqiu/Childe/Kazuha/Rosaria will also occasionally make an appearance, depending on the task at hand. One thing I do that seems to be different from others is that I keep Fischl in my #4 slot, even as the Main DPS. Why 4? Well, for one, if you notice above, I have specific roles I like filled in my team. #1 is Claymore spot. #2 is Utility, often used for whatever reaction I want with Fischl. #3 is Shielder. Then #4 is Fischl/Archer. Then no matter what Team I run, my fingers know what to hit to get what I need for that moment. (Not that I don't hit the wrong key all the time... I really should have rebranded 'Fat Finger Gaming' but someone else had it. >.> ) But another reason is muscle memory - #4 has been Fischl since Day one, and once I call her to the field, I can pop Oz by hitting "E" as I bring my finger back to my movement keys. All in one movement. Kinda silly, maybe? But it's what works for me. Anyway, Thanks again for the video! Love your content! Keep it going!

I wonder how great fischl will be when compared to Yae Miko since they seem to provide the same thing, or if anything they embrace eachother and creat a new type of taser/ electro charged teams with their off field damage

from what i gathered so far, yae will mostly shine when paired with raiden. and yeah, she looks pretty similar to fischl, but they are essentially different: fischl is mostly focused on her skill while yae is mostly focused on her burst, not to mention that yae will have some er problems, so she wont be able to replace fischl in every comp, especially if shes the only electro. then again, shes not out yet, so we'll see. (also regarding your other comment cuz i think it will be awkward to reply to both-- 4p shimenawa will PROBABLY be a terrible idea, since, again, her burst will do the most dmg and her er sucks. buuuut if you really want you can always follow your heart and build a character to fulfill the role you want, even if its not optimal) another random thing i find worth mentioning, the event weapon we'll get, even tho it looks like kokomi aesthetic, the stats suck for her and its most likely made for yae (atk% and er passive) so yeah

The skill cd was also quite long but i think they buffed her for a short cd, so thats not as bad. And also, note that the f2p weapon that we’ll get on the enkanomya event (that is likely for yae) has er passive. All this points out that yes, she will struggle with er

i have fischl build as a physics dps and i can say im reallllyyyyy happy with that as for her skill damage thats pretty much good too

quality of life stuff includes: she is a bow user so if you really need electro but don't want to use skills you can always use a charge shot use hold e to position oz to a far away enemy so you don't need to run there yourself. swap right after burst to skip animation if you have c6, attacking someone yourself will make oz switch targets as well oz has one of the shortest duration so should be cast last before switching to main DPS Oz gives a lot of energy orbs to the on field character. Favonius bow Fischl can be used as a universal battery if you don't have raiden. When facing shield hilichrls, put oz on one side and attack from another direction yourself. The hilichrl will get confused and fail to block both. Oz's range is not to great, it takes 2-3 overloads to blast small enemies out of its range. However, Although I'm not entirely sure on this one, the C6 effect has a much greater range and can apply electro from far away as well as triggering talent 2

personally for fischl dps physical the set artifacts will differentiate according to the weapon example: with rust finds that the best is 2p pale flame and 2p bloodchain because rust has atk% in substat to have the maximum physical damage and with a physical damage bonus weapon put the 4p pale flame for the passive of the 4 piece

I've swapped to that sytle setup personally just because of its bit higher fun factor in overworld and better resin efficiency. I still wish i had a 4p Pale Flame but it seems almost impossible to get one thats as good as a mixed and matched 2p + 2p

No no dude, you most likely will have to summon Oz anyway to proc Superconduct, so might as well use 4p Pale Flame. Its a FIFTY PERCENT bonus damage PLUS a 2p glad passive. It might well be the strongest 4p in the game. And dont forget, after oz dissapears, you still have SEVEN SECONDS of Pale Flame active to abuse Fischls C1.

I just got her at c6 and she is absolutely insane, have been using her as main dps since last year. Ran her with 4 piece pale flame which actually works really well, since Oz attacks count as multiple skill attacks, she gets that extra attack buff and another 25% phys, so i run her with an atk cup.

i got fischl from wishing on the noelle banner and didn't appreciate her that much until i got eula. im usually play on mobile and i didn't really understand how she works + charged shots are difficult to use. i replaced beidou w fischl cause i have this goal of getting every character to friendship level 10. eversince, i really enjoyed playing her a lot. i like listening to her monologues, watching her animations bc they look really cool. i think of her as very "maarte" and i like that very much lol. if she gets a new skin, she's gonna be so much more maarte and im here for it!! i pair her w eula (ofc) and diluc recently on a different team and i've been looking for updated guides to further increase her dmg and im glad that you did one! i really find your guides very helpful. im just sad that i can't guarantee on getting her constellations even after waiting for so long bc im gonna skip the yae banner as im saving my guaranteed for raiden shogun :(

Yo bro, i highly highly highly recommend the welkin moon. Almost triples your daily commission primogems at just $5/mo. So it's $30 a year for 32850 primogems and 3600 genesis crystals ( 2 skins ). An extra 200 pulls a year for no work and $5/mo.

Been playing for a couple months now, and Fischl has been my main carry since I started. She’s been my highest leveled character and highest DPS eventhough I don’t even have constellations for her. Since I don’t have any 5 stars yet, I’ve been trying to maximize her power with shitty artifacts and my Rust. She’s my absolute favorite though.

She is a great teammate, got her at C5 during Albedo's first banner, and I remember buying the last one on the shop. She's been a great help for my team, from then to now she never left my 4 top line up. I hope more people invest on her. Also, for future "Oz" mains, she doesn't need a 5 star weapon. R5 Alley Hunter is as good and in most times outperforms other 5 star option.

i found hybrid to be lackluster compared to electro sub dps or physical main dps. when you hyper-invest into one or the other you get more dmg than if you tried to invest in both at the same time. So I have an R5 stringless 2 glad 2 shim electro sub dps build, and I have an R5 Rust 2 blood 2 pale physical main dps build I also have MW but it didn't feel as good as my rust so although it looks ascetically pleasing it wasn't preforming to my standard

For most things, if you level her normal attacks, even without a physical build, she does good damage on her normals with Rust and Oz benefits from atk% so you lose little there and I find it beneficial to be able to finish off low health targets without burning another skill from someone...however for higher floors of abyss, I change to Stringless as it does provide a bit more damage in the reaction comps (like Taser) that you are likely to be running at those levels...

I low key run a sub DPS Fischl because I tried her out with Beidou as a battery and she works really well. As long as I just summon Oz and switch, Beidou gets more particles to use her burst skill, meaning fights usually are not a problem. Though my Fischl is still very weak so I may work some more on her, especially since I have Ei. Nice video Sevy and now I will dub Fischl as that fanfiction writer who thinks by writing a lot of fancy words in a chapter that barely anyone can understand means that is an epic......when she is only writing a 7 chapter storyline but instead the chapter is 1000000 words of fancy terms lol.

Fun suggestion if you like and have most the electros and want to experiment around: Fischl actually works very well with Raiden as a Sara alternative, you can look up "Raifish" and usually find some results for this, it becomes overpowered due to the very short rotation time. Meanwhile Beidou can become a hyper carry with Sara, "Wallensteins Ch" has many such videos showing this off. Some might view this as backwards but both comps work amazing even if so, Electro is good like that. 🌩🌩🌩
