I will say that it is easier to operate this business being from the US but I know several people who do wholesale and sell in US markets even though they don't live here.

So if a product has a prime listing then it's best to stay away from?

I typically do. If there are only a few sellers and they are not always in stock for prime then I would list it. However if the listing is dominated FBA sellers then I don't bother.

Hello, If you compete against an FBA seller when you do drop shipping you will have nearly no sales. Is that right ?

Not always. The BB is not a set thing but yes, most of the time FBA will beat FBM. I don't dropship on FBA listings though for most of my items.
