Love your tutorial, thank you! My question is since with the acid we are removing an outer finish of the stainless steel when we etch the stainless steel does this leave the cup prone to rust on the etched areas and if so does it need to be sealed?

I may have a love-hate relationship with 143's transfer tape because it never picks up the little, intricate pieces, but you, my friend, make the easiest to follow videos for great crafts that I never knew were possible with such different supplies. I never knew etching stainless steel would be this easy, but this is one of my favorites! Next up the wood burning with help of the cricut -- hoping to do family name signs, etc
