A temporary solution is to use Google Chrome and change the date of your PC to 11/01/2021. Then log back into SARS eFiling and follow my steps. This is the only solution I've seen that actually works.

The phone number they give is for local use only and e mailing sars produces only an acknowledgement and Case No. But nothing else. Is there not a reliable way of contacting them? In the interim my Annuity payments are frozen despite the double taxation agreement and that my annual figure would in any case be below the threshold for tax in SA. Perhaps as I do not pay tax in SA and would not under any circumstances I am of no consequence!

Hi Andre Thanks for the Video, The Pin Certificate that is issued does not actually give the status, only purpose for the request. How do I get the certificate with the status, In the help it say to go into the request and view, but that link/button is not active/visible.
