pink guy I mean, I don’t really think it’s a big deal tbh. They take the time to put together the video and give us what we want, that being the lyrics to the song. They don’t gain ALL the money from their videos because of copyright no matter how smart they are. Seems fair in my opinion, if people don’t want to give them money then they can simply read the lyrics online and stop watching their lyric videos.

If they have the color coded lyrics then almost all of this can be automated with a little programming (they can extract the colors from the website and use it to set the picture for the singer and directly pull the lyrics from the webpage so no need to copy and paste). Idk if this is how they actually do this, but if they already have the lyrics website then it doesn't get much easier than this.

@@cavemen_.4911 manually pasting the lyrics into powerpoint and colour coding them and setting the picture can be done much faster if you know some programming (in particular python and web scraping) as you can make the computer do it for you. The website they pulled the lyrics from color codes each of the lyrics depending on who sang them, so you can extract the color from the webpage to decide which person sang that part so it can make the ppt slide. It's probably not worth going through this if you only want to make a few of these types of videos but if you plan to make a lot and have the time to learn (or know someone who likes programming/computer science) then it might be worth it.
