Glad that I’m not the only one who thought that Molly returning would’ve been better than Nia and Rebecca. Also, I used to collect Trackmaster back in the day, and her Trackmaster model was amazing! Pity she made a better toy than a character.

At first I thought Hiro the Japanese train made this custom as he was the first one to at least do this. But the one he made for Matt really looks cool and so does yours. I really want to do this simple face swap one day but only until I get a Molly. But anyways this custom Molly was a great end to the round of custom showcases.

Much better face compared to the big face they were originally gonna use. I remember in some old Thomas & Friends games, I was questioning to myself why is Molly’s face so big compared to the TV series. I like the smaller face a lot better.

I do have to admit you did really good on The Wooden Railway version of Molly with a smaller face using from the one from the Thomas and Friends Take Along range even though I like Molly I also like Rebecca as well so I think it will be interesting to see Rebecca and Molly together on screen and Rebecca have to help Henry to pull the flying kipper or take a Goods train to the mainland and she asked Molly to take her place at Tidmouth Sheds. Would that be interesting?

You should do an upcoming one in your series w/title Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! You should do more customs including BlueBell using the Stepney you have left w/o the face, Axel using the Spencer you used for Mallard a Spencer tender reverse the tender from the chassis and the rear bogie from the Big City Engine w/o a face you have left just like EE93 and use the Big Jigs Mallard instead I recomend you get the train set w/the Mallard then add a face, Beresford using the rolling gantry crane and the capsule plarail face, Nick TF89 3D printed rolling stock toppers from his Ebay page including a ballast hopper fully detailed that he plans to sell if he does just like the ones for himself w/you using the chassis from 1 of the 3 dark blue scrap cars you have, a brake van using the Clarabel chassis and a goods van using the Annie chassis that Domeless Engine has left from the custom Cora for you and him self!

Nice man! Maybe for your next 5 customs, they could all be pack characters (Ned, Buster, Nigel, Brenda, and Darcy). You could ask some people to make customs of those characters and they would just make them for you lickety split. 3 of those characters should be easy. Brenda is just a female repaint of Byron, Buster is a repaint of George, and as for Nigel, you could just have someone use Madge's flatbed and Isobella's front. As for Ned and Darcy, I have no idea exactly man. For Ned though, I was maybe thinking of one of your friends remodeling Marion into Ned (hence they're both steam shovels), or they could just remodel Alfie into Ned Idk exactly though it's up to the modeler. As for Darcy, she sounds much more impossible to make into TWR than Ned does because she is a tunnel borer and we sadly don't have those in TWR.

I know the deed has been done, but the takenplay molly has Phillips screws which you don’t need to drill. But, it still works for a great custom! Never mind, you don’t like the latter face. 🤷

Custom idea: Turning Smudger into a proper CGI Rheneas. (only problems are Smudger is somewhat rare and you might have to search for a while to find a correctly-sized face) Edit: Bachmann face may be the closest, but that would be very expensive unless you find one used.

Now I wish that Mattel never created Nia and Rebecca for the Thomas and Friends CGI show, starting off from season 22. I wish they could have used already existed female steam engines for the steam team, I wish they could have used Rosie and Molly. Rosie and Molly could have been the better choices for the steam team. But to me it was terrible that they had to replace Edward and Henry, because they had been the favorite main characters were a long time for hardcore Thomas fans. And for them to be replaced by Nia and Rebecca, well I should say it's all out of place and not a very good idea to replace two beloved characters of the entire Thomas franchise. But to me I think Nia and Rebecca were all right, I just wish they didn't replace Edward and Henry. But I wish they could have brought back Molly, so she could have been part of the Steam team. And I wish Rosie could have been part of the steam team as well. There could have been seven male characters which is Thomas, Edward, Henry, Gordon, James, Percy and Toby. And of course there could have been five female characters and that could have been Emily, Rosie, Molly, Nia and Rebecca. That's what the producers at Mattel should have done, they should have had seven boys and five girl steam engine characters to be the steam team

Actually when take along first came out al the engines there smokeboxes were made out of metal. Some of them being pretty heavy like Arthur. But they changed it to plastic a few years later as a cost cutting measures, and the cuts continues through take n play and adventures.
