Great work on honestly all the mods you make. But before you release I thought I’d point your attention to the speed of the phantom debris, it doesn’t appear to be falling at terminal velocity, if I’m not mistaken there should be a way to tweak the weight or gravity physics of the main ship body to make it fall much faster than the rest of the broken off pieces.

Your work in this mod looks amazing, but there's just one thing since the mission Shutdown is shown here. I have to say, I'd seriously ditch the crummy retail Halo 4 Pelican. It's so uninteresting, but there's a version of the Reach Pelican with all custom effects, a new physics model, and all kinds of things going on. Tags for it are up on Nexus Mods!

While I do like the new phantom destruction, I do think that H3's phantom destruction was the best. That loud screeching whine as the engines destabilize followed by that big, legitimately lethal, explosion was a beautiful thing.

What id love is if 343i MCC group could collab with creators like this to import into game as a mainstay feature rather a downlooad, of course any game breakin or achievement breakin ones be ousted but could you imagine giving new players a chance to play it a new way while poor buggers like us who played retail,itd be alot like showing modded minecraft vs vanilla 😅

Great modders make for the best gameplay experiences. The community can iron out all the small details that the original developers overlooked. Halo 4 deserved better. IMO I liked the general direction of the story but some details needed to be ironed out. It needed to be delayed one more year as an Xbox One exclusive, so that they didn't have to sacrifice level design. Also the gameplay of course left things to be desired. That's where modders come in.

im really glad about mythic doing these mods i like the idea of the promeatheans but the handling in 4 was very poorly done with all the teleporting primarily but i really like the weapons and the enemies the promeatheans bring into the game i really like the suppressor i dont know why i like it i just really do

I personally liked the Spartans wearing recruit armor since they were as the name implies recruits. Also would be nice if he could change the Pelican model. And change the Fuel Rod sound to match the Reach sound fx. Also not a fan of kitbashing Grunt and Elite armor. And some of the Knight loadouts. And the missing bullet icons for the HUD. But overall really good looking so far

It makes sense to keep the G79H-TC/MA rather than just a normal D79-TC. It was to go after chief, and I'd want all the extra firepower I could get if I had to face chief.

I love mods but dam i wish it was like left 4 dead in a sense(i love custom guns porting into other Halos) but if i didnt want the mythic difficulty and wanted to enjoy withot i can rather than a whole clump of mods the modder has pooled together, like let me choose what i want to use in campaign or multiplayer but id imagine that being a pain in the ass but its a thought 😅

It's not the mythic you're thinking of where it's extremely tedious with buffed enemies. It's more about depth with a larger sandbox of things you can't do or see in the vanilla game.

It's called Mythic overhaul because the creator is called "MythicJaqui". Not becausd the difficulty of the mod is mythic. You can play on any difficulty you want although Heroic is generally the best for a balanced experience.

How is the carbine even kinda balanced. Precision weapon with burn damage? OP?

If you actually played this or...get this...watched the video for more than 1 second....you would see the plasma burns health away slowly and goes out within seconds. So don't get shot up by the carbine constantly.... 🤷‍♂️ or else you will get beat. That's the point. It's a mod made for experienced players. Not you.

I hope he changes the weapon sounds too. And add more classic soundtracks. I think the Halo 4 weapon sounds just don't sound good. But I think that's a matter of taste.

I feel that the dark green armor is too dark. Halo 3 Chief's armor had a brighter calmer shade of green

@@CatcherInThePie-hi6bc Not necessarily. If I could mod, I'd have ported over the H2 Anniversary armor and updated the gloves to H3 and done a whole rework of the skin to make it closer to Halo 3.
