Recently I got an evocation robe with triple cool down from soggy cave. And wow just wow, with the ghost cloak and boots of swiftness, this thing makes you go extremely fast.

Hey suev, i have an idea for a soul build. The main weapon is a pair of soul fists, with anima conduit, soul siphon, and thundering/critical hit. The armor is a souldancer robe with soul speed, and double cooldown. The bow is a feral soul crossbow with anima conduit, multishot, and tempo theft. The artifacts are the harvester, death cap mushroom, and lightning rod. Swap the harvester out for the gong of weakening for boss fights. The idea is that the death cap+soul fists w/ soul siphon will give a ridiculous amount of souls (14 per kill and 84 per soul siphon). Having double anima conduit means you heal 12% on kill and 72% on soul siphon. The thundering/critical hit adds bonus damage (also AOE in the case of thundering). On the armor, the soul speed is there for the speed and bonus soul gathering and the cooldown reduces the cooldown for the death cap mushroom. The tempo theft on the bow gives a large speed boost, while multishot adds more damage. Anima conduit increases healing and soul gathering. With the large number of souls, you can use the lightning rod and harvester very often. The harvester has a large AOE and can kill most mobs, while the lightning rod can obliterate high health targets. The gong of weakening is useful for boss fights if you spam the lightning rod on the boss.

Sounds great but personally I like double lightning rod instead of harvester. For the most part, low hp mobs crumble especially with thundering and lightning rod spam with the soul income. You can also benefit from lightning focus then, both lightning rods and thundering

Have you guys tried to make really good roll build with it I used two light feathers and on the amour I had cool down and electrified plus it it helps to have burst bowstring on your bow it is actually quite an OP build if you do it right, and because you are constantly rolling due to cool down and two light feathers the brief invincibility when rolling helps a lot and you take next to no damage

I have to disagree with your comment on souldancer robe. First, it doesn't have the 25% cooldown perk. Rather, it is 50% artifact damage. And while cooldown might be useful, if dedicated to a full set of soul build, with havester, beacon and lightning rod, the cooldown is hardly necessary. Furthermore, the 50% damage boost brings lightning rod damage to 30000+ per strike at lv 113. That is no joke. I wouldn't say it is the best, but I am running full soul build, and no other armor is able to sustain constant havester/beacon/lightning rod damage like this armor. Yes, it may be only viable for soul build, but with moondagger now an option for soul build, I think there is a lot of potential in this armor.

Cool build dude, definitely sounds original. Though personally I think the cool down on the soul artifacts hold them back. So I like to run splendid robe with double cool down and swift footed. I was never into the whole speed running meta anyway, it’s just not consistent enough for me. Swift footed has become one of my favorite enchants though! It actually give rolling a use! And it’s a really good use, it makes fighting mobs swift but not overblown by overwhelming speed. The artifacts dmg boost is actually a really good effect when double cool down is taken into play, you can basically spam the harvester when you build up your soul meter, which can easily be done via a soul bow with anima conduit and enigma resonator. Enchanted groups have never been this easy to blow through. Thorns? Deflect? Nah, Harvester and Harvester! This set up is also viable for bossing, swap out for the gong and lightning rod, strength potion, fuse shot harp bow, mash melee and fuse shot and mix the lightning rod in the mix of that and bosses generally go down in seconds.

@@chaoswingsandleaves9349 Personally, I was never into the splendid robe. The good thing about souldancer robe is that you will never be short of souls. And when filled, you can kill the forest monstrosity with lightning rod ONLY. The good thing is, with soul siphon, when single proc can generate up to 102 souls, more than 1/3 of the whole bar. And with double anima conduit, you would never be down. And I also have deflect and chilling, which just makes you negate most of the hit.

Jiankan Liao I tried your set up for a bit... having all 3 soul artifacts... I think I’m to use to being able to use just the harvester anytime I want, the cool down really throws me off. I guess you’re use to timing your soul artifacts? I mostly just hack n slash and when ever the moment calls for it, I spam the harvester. And I think I’m too use to rolling to pick up speed... I generally take 10 minutes or so to fully clear areas like soggy swamp.(sometimes 9 minutes)

@@chaoswingsandleaves9349 I have soul speed as well, so really I don't need to roll to get speed up. Still it is just my preference, I find it versatile and fun to play with. You can also switch the beacon/harvester for healer, just to be safe. I used to run melee build all the time. But after I get used to the attack speed of the broad sword, I find everything to be acceptable even w/o mushroom.

Jiankan Liao what I like about my set up is that my melee weapon doesn’t need to be anything specific, I can use any weapon I want. I generally use weapons with short combos to benefit heavily from swirling/shockwave. At anytime I can use a double axe, soul knife, great hammer, fighter’s bindings, pick axe, or even a whip.

For the shadow walker, use the enchantment swiftfooted. I used it for my custom soul build. Soul robe with swiftfooted and soul speed. I used the eternal knife for the extra souls. That was my soul speed set.

frostbite armor is really usefull for a horde control aoe soul healing build, if you get enchants that allow you to collect souls to heal its going to sustain you and basically break you, i would take this up as a horde build and use dps builds for bosses.

The Frostbite armor not only has a snowball effect but it also has the chilling enchantment as well. Ive gone into dungeons without the actual Chilling enchantment and I've seen its effect happen in the midst of battle. Its really good when you have the right enchantments.

If you want to learn things that can help make your shadow walker better read this Because the new update it gave us a roll prik so you need it and also use electrified pirk then you have infinite electrified and thats not all you can put the pirk fire roll (don’t know if its called like that) fan fact: it helped me finish apocalypse+

Do you rank the items based on how easy they are to get good, or how good they are with the optimal enchantments in an optimal build with all items having the perfect enchantments. I wish to know this because it changes the bow rankings a lot, for example: Harp crossbow in one of the best budged bows, but it is at the middle of the pack for optimal rankings.

The healing of anima conduit is enough to keep you alive against everything except some bosses and a few enchanted mobs, so I would recommend to use a cooldown armor + anima conduit bow + good double axe as your main set. I would say the optimal cooldown armor is renegade, but most people don't have it with 2x cooldown

imo for general mobbing the spider armor is better than the renegade after the lifesteal buff because i would usually put one heal perk on my weapon and get the 20% damage from the renegade armor now i can put one more damage perk on my weapon like sharpness with also gives more damage than the renegade armor and get the healing and speed from the spider armor. the renegade armor can do the most dps but for general use where you wanna stay alive too the spider armor just wins imo.
