Great vid brother. Been playing wow since vanilla, I am now a dad and a teacher. I think DF did a good job to make casual but challenging content for pvpers with solo shuffle and blitz but they need something equivalent for pve. I think the new dungeon changes are their attempt at that but it’s not quite enough. Also the callout about plunderstorn needing sub was great. Showed it to my middle schoolers and they were hype until the sub got mentioned.

We made a few last minute changes that weren't documented in the video. 1. We've moved Assassination to the A tier. At high ratings, this spec is definitely outperforming both Outlaw and Sub. After speaking to many experienced Rogues, Assa feels better in the current meta with the relative strength of casters. 2. We've also moved Devastation to the A+ tier. Overall the ranged meta seems REALLY close (lots of A tier specs). Destro definitely feels the strongest overall, with Boomkin/Ele Shaman trailing behind. We think Devastation is good enough to be in that A+ tier since its damage is so lethal. Just like Balance Druid Incarn, the 2nd use of Dragonrage is often a dealbreaker in Solo Shuffle and usually wins games. 3. Holy Priest was moved up as a prediction. This is something we might reconsider in the next week as the spec is more tested. The new talent tree isn't dramatically better than the old one, but does have a few quality of life changes that seem to make the spec better.

After speaking to many experienced rogues that haven't played Assa since season 1 right? LMAO.. Speaking as the #1 highest rated Assa rogue in Shuffle on NA, the spec is certainly not performing better than outlaw at any rating.. it's also hard countered by 4 insanely meta specs (Arms, Ret, Surv, and Devoker). Curious who told you this though since Pikaboo is 2377 on assa (not r1), Whaazz is 2144 on assa, Nahj is 192 cr on assa, Palumor is 2069 on assa, Kalvish is 1579 on assa, and Dazed is 864 on assa.. those are 6 of the best rogues in the world yet none of them are high enough rated on assa to say that it's "outperforming" outlaw... Even using the data YOU linked in a separate comment about hpal, we can see that assa is behind both outlaw and sub at high ratings.. at 2100+ sub has a 54.8% winrate, outlaw has a 53.3% winrate and assa has a 49.8% winrate while also having 3x as high first blood rate as outlaw and 16% higher than sub.

@@skillcappedwowpvp You are correct that NA is behind without a single assa above 2.7 and the cutoff being 100 lower on NA. I'm struggling to see how / why Nahj thinks assa is the best rogue spec for shuffle atm though when it has 3x the first blood rate of outlaw and a lower winrate at 2.1+. Perhaps it's because of the most recent Outlaw nerfs since we all know that any nerf to your own spec means it's unplayable and Nahj also hates playing assa (he says so multiple times every stream). He also refers to assa as the "pve rogue spec". The only stat that assa has better than outlaw is sustained dps (7k higher, but 12k lower burst dps).

This 3% buff on survival is removed since 10.2.6 launch, i think it was accidentaly. The buffs on mongoose bite means nothing since tthis season burst comes from fury of the eagle, bombas and kill shot.

I’m stuck in Eli hell as a healer. always going 3/3 with 0 rating gain or going 4/3 and only + 1 rating. While if I lose it’s - 15+. Not 1 single dps peels, cc, or kites they just got face and yell at me for them dying. Like bro…… pop a cd or def.

Im thinking about coming back to wow right now and im im looking for a class that hooks me this time. Played Paladin last time, and while it was fun it didnt hook me really. I want only one class, dont like playing alts besides leveling them up. Hows druid in that regard? I enjoy both pvp and pve and i like healing. My other choice would be hunter but id miss the healing but would get the pet collecting. Id lose the mounts and transomgs as a druid i guess.

Enhancement shamans are asking for some more defense and Blizzard gives us 25% more on a heal. Like thats going to change anything in arena with dampening.

Funny enough that 25% more on heal was actually given BACK to us after they nerfed our healing when they realize enhancement already struggle defensively and that just made it worse so they BACK tracked the nerf and made it seem like a buff........laughable.

This melee tier list is absolute B.S. I feel like skillcapped always undersells how OP Outlaw and Sub Rogues are so they dont get nerfed. You dont have to worry, blizzard wouldnt dare nerf rogue in pvp even if their entire pvp population relied on a rogue nerf. I'd dare say Skillcapped doesnt even play the game anymore!

Hpal is S tier if your rng is good. If you have bad rng it might happen often, and you’ll be the worst healer since none of your healing will work since it’s required to proc to sustain the higher pressure and dampening of SS.
