The last time a member other than Nayeon or Jihyo was first in a line distribution was in Sandcastle (Tzuyu) but the last time it happened in a korean song was in 2020 on the Eyes Wide Open album 🤠 (Jeongyeon in Up No More, Dahyun in Do What We Like and Mina in Queen, Handle It and Depend On You)

All albums seem to be her era since she´s first in ALMOST ALL of them. Since Signal, there are just few albums where she´s not first but so close to 1st. I´m not hating her, since it´s not her issue, she doesn´t distribute the lines, but it´s kinda boring seeing her first almost always and getting lines that could easily be given to other members, while the other members are just made so dirty in terms of lines. There are some exceptions, like Fake and True, Signal or More and More that are actually fair enough, but most of the songs are just Nayeon feat Jihyo fighting for her title as main vocal, with other Twice members special appearance

seriously, we all love Nayeon but JYPe please treat other girls better, we all saw that budget difference between Nayeon’s music video and Jihyo’s, we all saw that budget gap between Nayeon’s solo stage during tour among all the other members’. Please! Just treat other members better, Nayeon has been topping Twice for years, will let’s just say almost since day 1. We all can feel that Jihyo getting high notes or belting notes is only because Nayeon really get too much so that Jihyo need to get one or two, that’s not fair. I really don’t want to say these, but let’s say in (g)-idle songs, though sometimes it’s not really a fair distribution, you can still feel or see or “listen” that every member shine and get their specific and significant part in that song. But these days, Twice’s songs are getting better, but we just hear Nayeon getting all the parts all the time. There’s almost never a song that Nayeon isn’t getting an opening verse, middle( chorus), bridge, and ending high notes. She’s everywhere. Again, we all love her, but just let others shine more, not just shadowed under Nayeon’s voice, please. I’d say recent titles, maybe Doughnut is the one that Nayeon got vacant in a part, during second part when Jeongyeon sang all her parts then disappeared the rest, but I guess that’s because Jeongyeon is on hiatus that time, so this arrangement can be better performed or rearranged for them. Not dragging her down, but please, support these girls who has been in the back most of the time like ten years, or just let them sing more, stay in the center longer.
