Really liked the deck building, let’s all contribute to make white forest Runick a good deck builder

For spell/trap negation you can also try out muddy mudragon into dragoon. It is very easy and consistent to do and it also let you discard a card to omni negate so if you discard a spell/trap astellar comes back from the gy too (only issue is it requires 3 extra deck slots, them being muddy mudragon, Albion and dragoon itself)

@@filippomencaroni in my beginning builds I did try this out. I played 4 bystials and played the muddy mudragon and dragoon in the extra. My main issue was the increase in people running droplet and dark ruler in the main. So I did a high investment into the dragoon and it would get outted pretty easily. I did consider running the mannadium reframing with Visas Amritara

@@pandanpapiye I'm still not sold on that 100% as well, but it's quite working for me. Might try out some utility monsters like emeral in the future tho for sure

@@filippomencaroni I do like the visas synchro because you can use silvy and rucia to make it. It doesn’t require a non-tuner to make.

Can I Ask what you would side out of the main deck for the hand traps??

@@MekaRaven2552 definitely. I can also do a little video for my side out patterns

Whats your reasoning for only running 1 Astellar? Building the deck myself and im genuinely curious
@pandanpapi2 ай бұрын
@@kilivanjg2813 astellar unfortunately is the weakest link in the runick build, but it is a very strong resource. That’s why I run Mutamorphasis. I can turn any runick spell/hugin into the astellar. So let’s say, activate runick dispelling, summon hugin, hugin effect to search field spell, opponent negates it. Well, now you have the option to turn that hugin into a full white forest combo. I actually have a video posted on why I run Mutamorphasis and some interactions with it

@@pandanpapi Yeah i saw it! Really appreciate the discussion you've put out with this deck, love talking about cool/dynamic decks. I feel like Muta + Astellar are a Cool factor for the deck, but i feel like it forces out double TTTalents and Called by, or 3 Skill drain from the main. So its Cool factor vs consistent tech. A really hard choice for me, where my brain wants to win so i lean towards consistent tech, but the cool factor of turning a negated hugin into full combo tugs at my heart. Main differences between our decks are i main Skill drain, run a higher runick count by 2, run TTTalents and 1 more WF name in main. Bystials are in the side, with ash, veiler and Phantazmay. (no nib or droll in side since Dogwood and scarlight take up 4 slots D: This is what im rocking atm: Main: 3x Elzette 2x Rucia 3x Silvy 1x Tales of the WF 1x Woes of the WF 2x Fountain 3x Freezing curses 3x Flashing Fire 3x Destruction 3x Slumber 2x Dispelling 1x Smiting 2x TTTalents 2x DRNM 3x Evenly 3x Skill drain EXTRA: 2x Hugin 2x Geri Chaos angel Chengying 1 of each WF synchro Tri edge Coral Dragon Shrimp Typhon Daigusto emeral S:P
