How much did you need to shift the magnets inwards to get the stator coils to line up. I know from a previous vid the steel disc is 30cm diameter, so looks like the magets moved in about 2 or 3 cm?

I see what you mean I bet the same would have happened to me for sure, it seems it's best to make the coils first, then, to guarantee alignment ?? I'm thinking of using 50x25x10 N52 but not sure if it's the right kind ?? Also was going to make 4 strand 40 turns 1.5mm copper enamelled wire coils do you think I'm on the right track ?

Hi! Thanks for your comment. Yep it's best to make the coils first. The magnets are great, unfortunately I don't know much about the turns though, maybe try to make a coil and test the output and only then make the rest of them or make adjustments if needed.
