I have used many hot air stations, some of which were significantly more expensive than the Best BST-863 hot air station. I've been using it for 3 years now, and I’m still extremely satisfied. The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable, and it can easily compete with high-end hot air stations. I’m so impressed with it that I’ve now also ordered your upgraded model.

I prefer to use toner transfer paper rather than uv sensitive film. After exposure, not all the copper comes off when it is in acid. Maybe I am doing something wrong.

Thanks for your video. I am thinking to remove back panel on my tv and to clean the screen layers, because it had broken backlight, then repair man replaced it but now I have dark spots on white background. Repair man says this normal, but I don't remember it was like this when tv was new, so thinking of cleaning screen layers. Thanks

Be very careful cleaning the plastic layers, you can only clean them with a dry soft towel, do not use water or any other liquid or they will become much worse, the only layer you can clean with water is the thicker acrylic sheet which is usually the one that is closest to the LEDs. Since you say there are dark spots it is possible that your repair technician just bypassed the non working LEDs instead of replacing them with new ones (or even better, replacing the entire LED strips) so there is no light on those spots, if this is the case I recommend choosing another repair shop next time.

@RandomHacks thanks for advice. I don't know what he replaced, he said it was led's, he charged me 70 eur and give 1 year guarantee. Maybe I will try to find some other repair man who is willing to see what is going on here. 👍

This is a great video but also illustrated to me of )why_ I´m not even going to attempt this! 1 - I´d probably break it by the look of the trickery needed to remove the panel 2 - Getting the back-panel back ON is likely to be just as difficult So, 3 - Will call the experts and pay to get the horizontal-line issue fixed by them by removing/replacing the T-connector ribbons 😂

Do you use uv blocking ink? Im finding it impossible to dissolve my photoresist because light keeps leaking thru even tho i have 2 transparencies stacked on top of each other

Hi, you need to find out the optimal settings for your printer. Usually there is a photo setting that prints at the highest DPI and results in completely opaque blacks. You can also try to reduce the UV exposure time.

A very rubbish company, I swear to God. I have been asking for orders for a year and they come with a load. Disconnected lines. Shorts. There is nothing wrong with them. They are very liars and rude. The dirtiest treatment and the dirtiest quality available at Jlcpcb. God is a witness to me. I swear I did not wrong them. I can take a picture of the thrown away PCB.
