At about 8:00 the graph of Soil Health Sample is displayed. What is, "EC". Thanks for posting this. Great stuff.

EC stands for electrical conductivity . . . its a measure of ions or salts in the soil. When I look at the mean EC across the garden plots we sampled, it comes out in the 'very slightly saline' range . . . not too bad.
