Yes! It's called Narcissus. It lets you take some really cool shots to show off your transmogs. It even has an extra model you can pose and move, which is how I did those shots.

They redid the level cap yes? So now you have to be level 60 to get these?

There was a level squish, yes! For these armor sets you only have to be level 50, since that's what level 120 became.

The stuff that pops up in combat is from WeakAuras. I set them up myself, but there are lots of premade things you can find for each class on wago.io.

For these heritage armors, you can use a level boost. But you can't for Allied Races.

For these, it does not matter! You just need to be Exalted with your city and at 120!

@@GandalinGaming another question with this talk of a level squish how much do you think it will affect me getting the heritage armor? Do you think they would just lower the level requirement? Also I just started playing a few days ago lol :)

I’d guess they would lower the requirement to match the new level equivalent to BfA. But I wouldn’t worry about it right now. The earliest we could see the level squish would be the next expansion, which is probably about a year away.

I'm going to assume you mean the Blood Elf quest-giver outside of the Orgrimmar Embassy. One reason she might not be there is phasing. If you have other quests in the area that are forcing you to be in a particular phase of the city, she may not show up. Complete or abandon those quests and see if that helps. Another thing is that you need to be using a Blood Elf that is level 120 AND is Exalted with Silvermoon. It won't work if you're Exalted on a different character. Hope that helps!

You know what is neat ?! If you wear any of the heritage armor in well of eternity they all seem to fit perfect on nightelves . This just proves that Blizzard put work and effort into adding heritage armor on other races . Why they change their minds I have no idea . Seems Like a total waste of work and effort just to block it out for other races when it is clearly int he coding . Don't Beleive me ? Head to the well of eternity with any heritage armor set . :-/

They’re still working on heritage armor for the other races. But there have always been restrictions on armor. For years we had class-specific armor sets. It’s ok for things to be exclusive to certain classes/races. It’s part of what gives them a unique fantasy.
