We are at Universal now… freezing our rear ends off. The wind on 1/13 and 1/14 was horrible along with the cooler temperatures.

The no paper maps make me sad. My grandson has autism and uses the maps as a visual to check off attractions as he experiences them. I would even be willing to pay for them as the digital maps don’t work for this purpose.😕

An app tip that might work for you: save attractions as favorites on the app then remove them after you experience an attraction or restaurant. We did this on a recent trip,. You can pull up the favorites list to see what you still want/need to do on your list.

I'm coming at the end of August. Would you say it will be busy enough for express passes? I want to purchase my room now and and if I am gonna need them I would like to just get the upgraded room with the passes

I went at the end of August 2022 for my birthday and didn’t get the express pass. I would say the express passes would definitely be worth it if you want to go on rides over and over again. End of August is last week of summer for us students in Ontario so families tend to plan trips before school starts up again. If I go back with my family anytime, I will definitely pick them up

I don't know whether you'll be able to help or not, but I was wondering, do you or any of your subscribers know tricks to help keep the 3D glasses from falling off or needing to be held the whole time for small people and kids? It really wrecked the experience especially on Escape from Gringotts. I'm going to try eye glasses holders and rubber bands next trip, hopefully it helps.

I personally still wear masks because I’m immune compromised, what I do is hook the glasses onto my mask and it helps me to keep it from slipping.

Yes u should be able to on rides u'll just have to ask for help getting in n out but that's ok, n yes the Hogwarts express is also wheelchair friendly 😊

As long as you are able to transfer you'll have no issues. All the lines are ADA so you'll be able to go them without issues.

I know that a lot of theme parks are getting rid of paper maps and encouraging people to download QR codes on their mobile phones. What do you do on water rides? How do you stop your phone getting soaked?

Most phones are water resistant these days and generally you wouldn’t be submerged on these rides. Additionally, a paper map would get wet on the rides, rendering them kind of useless right?

C'mon, Rick. That was a pretty poor example of a Chicago style hot dog. Where's the dark green pickle relish and pickle spear. No celery salt either? Are they rationing the onions at Universal? No poppy seed bun or Vienna beef hot dog, either. I'll pass.

Good points, it did have some celery salt, I don't eat pickles so that was no bother to me but to be on a regular hot dog bun was a big miss. I gives a general feel of the real thing, with having the tomatoes, I think that is unique for a chicago dog...but you kinda right
