I like the sound of the Aloes with the new NuPhy Air96 V2 but I'm worried about the double spring. I feel like I might be ok with the pressing force but I didn't like the double springs that were in my Gateron Silver speeds I used to have. I'm probably gonna get mine with Cowberry, have you tried those? Maybe the double spring experience is different on a low-profile board with a low-force switch.

Thanks for the comment! I haven't tried Cowberry yet but I've tried Gateron Speed Silver on nomral profile mechanical keyboards (Drop Shift). It wasn't too bad except feeling a bit heavy. I agree the double spring in low profile keyboard switch might give you the different feeling since the travel distance is pretty low. I found Aloe switches give me mistype or double type, which is unfortunate.

Did you find the travel distance of the Aloe switches too short? Do you prefer them or the Cowberry/Daisy linear switches?

Yes. It is too short for me. I ended up having lots of mistypes. But maybe this is something personal. I prefer old wisteria:-)

@@hello_dot this is what I expected from them but they sound great. Was thinking of getting the daisy switches instead since it's the same switch as the aloe but heavier

Any chance you could try it with O rings. Would be interested to know if it makes it quieter as the typing action seems quite rattly.

Thanks for the feedback, Not sure if there is an O-ring for the low profile switches but i want to try it. I feel like O-ring might make a sound quieter but it might feel mushy

may I know the force when you type Wisteria? does it need more force to type? if typing in high speed, which one do you prefer?

Thanks for the comment! I definetly prefer Wisteria. I think if you types in high speed, then this might work for you but to me, it gave me a lot of mistypes, or duplicate types. I ended up going back to Wisteria.
