I see some of the comments of people saying it sounds too good to be true or theres more to the story then we know, well that can be true but if you listen closely youll see why it was so easy for him. He was 22 making $120k a year, theres 50 year olds in this comment section that probably dont even make $50k a year. Not only did he have a good income, he saved. The average american has $500 in their bank account. Towards the end of the video he said he has around $1.5m liquid cash, most people wouldnt be able to save that much without buying a ferrari or something crazy. Him doing these things is what allowed him to be successful.

Ya, but very few 20 something year old's get a 6 figure job. That's the ridiculously lucky thing that made this guy be able to do what he's done. I'm 26 and if I had a 6 figure income I could do anything... but I don't and am barely scraping by because the only jobs I can get don't even pay 30k a year.
@mikeb.318910 ай бұрын
@tacomonsternick Welll.... You too could make 6 figures if you sacraficed boozing and partying to acquire skills that generate that type of imcome. Working at a warehouse as a packer is not gonna pay you $119,000 a year, but owning the courier service that delivers those packages will!!!! It's NOT luck, it's INTENTION! Travel is a small but important part of that overall puzzle. Start an annual budget for socializing and travel - $10,000 per year is a figure I picked out of the sky - and see how you get on with that over time. Agree to remain open to further conversations about adjusting that figure upwards or downwards.

You have better rights when you occupy to kick tenants out rather than if owner is not occupied. But being married with kids having roommates not many women going for that might just rent it fully out and live in another property. And subject to’s many banks can call loan due in full i would make sure to fully read the loan docs because some banks not going for that.
