This has been by far the most valuable content so far! Paul Akers and his "Keep it simple" mindset is remarkable. Find the problem and money is a byproduct is such a great way to think. Many people try to figure out what businesses make them money instead of thinking about the true reason for the product which is to create something people have to have! Love this! Thanks for sharing!

Totally agree with assessment of medical clinics. Good heavens, the veterinarian calls up the day after the visit to find out how the pet is doing. They send me reminders for the next annual exam. It could be concluded that MDs not only don't care how the visit came out, they don't really want to see you, anyway.

Terrific content. I'm interested in knowing if paul patents all his innovations. I don't know if some of his products even qualify to be patented since they are not inventions per se and they already exist in some other market. If he doesn't patent then I would like to know how he would handle the competition if competitors start copying his products.

@@UpFlip Thank you for the helpful content. I think taking customer feedback serious is also very serious. I work for a major bottling company and its key for us to pay attention to feedback in order to know what our stores want. We make more money and they have the product they desire. Win/win. This is common sense but you'd be amazed to know how frequently a high selling item is moved out of a location to bring in something corporate is pushing. If there is no demand it doesnt matter how much supply you bring in! Lol.

The videos were very well done. But the largest problem you did not mention is if you come up with an idea you must patent the idea so others do not take that idea and use on their own. This could cost 5k or maybe much more. Then if you patent the product it could become a flop and non sellable.
