It’s great he found a niche. I liked how he helps his employees focus on one task at a time and how organized everything seems. Perhaps he could add a cycling seat or a treadmill for each work station, so as to have an ergonomic workplace (and they’re in their twenties probably, but standing all day without walking will affect their circulation eventually).

I feel like the interviewer doesn't really care about the answers, he just keeps saying yeah and looking around ...

And looking at his notes on his phone..
@aww2historian3 жыл бұрын
I agree the constant 'yea's and looking around made for somewhat distracting behavior but I disagree for the 'doesn't really care' part. I interpreted it as him being nervous. The fact that he asked great questions makes me doubt that he didn't care.
@YourFriend_Ben3 жыл бұрын
@@aww2historian I agree, it's just him practicing to be lean as an interviewer. He does care, just learning his craft as an interviewer. The man spreading though definitely needs self awareness during an interview.

Kudos to Joe... but all the Jeff Bezos' in the world went to college, and sometimes several ones. Once you reach a critical mass of employees and you suddenly need to hire managers, and yourself manage managers you'll find you're missing the skills to scale up.
