And companies like this is why I pride myself and preach to others not to work for corporate companies there only goal is filling a seat they dc what you can learn cuz they got 1500 plus new supertruckers waiting to take there seat its pathetic I got my cdl in 2011 haven't signed with any company like this ever I started local driving milk truck then went oversized load with small companies and never looked back all corporate companies will promise you 8s false hope there a smoke and pony show just looking to get your john Hancock on paper bewise and be safe the roads are always rocky before you hit easy street then it's all downhill from there

I've seen your steering wheel holders at some mutual customers, im not impressed. Training your new guys with an eye to quality rather than just raw quantity for the numbers would be a great start. Had one of your drivers almost take my hood off last month while I was sitting in a dock getting unloaded and the only reason he didn't hit me is because I laid on my horn and he stopped. Do better.

Baked into you? Well first off a truck can't see a car behind their trailer, secondly you probably pulled up when they were trying to make a turn and they had to readjust. If so it was your fault for pulling up. Always let a truck have its room when you see it's making a left or right turn at an intersection. Maybe next time you'll stay in place and wait instead of being an impatient driver.

They won't they are a 3 billion dollar company . They tricked me about 6+ years ago we sued them and won never go there guys NEVER sign there contract WITHOUT a attorney present if u ask them to let you have your attorney look at it they will say they are just sending you home tell them ok it's illegal what they do we had 3 people in our truck 2 students with 1 trainer I was sleeping on the floor while the truck was driving . We started out at 12 cents a mile. Scam scam scam . Our first trainer assaulted us so we had to get a new trainer 2 nd trainer Raphael Dominguez would fill his 42 oz soda cup with beer whenever it was my shift to drive and get drunk. STAY AWAY

@@ImTavi well I drive for a major company I was referring to owner operators who are losing lots of money due to higher gas and inflation.diesel $6.85 a gallon the government must get something going they are testing self driving trucks but a computer glitch could be a problem 👍
