Upgrade firmware of FNIRSI 2C23T 3-in-1 Dual Channel Oscilloscope/Multimeter/Signal Generator

How to distinguish the hardware? please press menu , and if you can see the words in Setting: "Hardware version No.:XXXXX " then the device is made with latest hardware, it has the latest firmware, and now it doesn't need to upgrade.
If you can not see the words in Setting: "Hardware version No.:XXXXX ", then it is made with old hardware, and it can be upgraded with firmware 2.0.2, and if you confirm this, the firmware for the device with old hardware is attached.
By the way, the firmware 2.0.2 only fixes device with old hardware. The device with new hardware can not use this firmware to upgrade.

The "new hardware" has board revision v0.4, version also listed in the About page as "HW::V0.4", indeed there's no new firmware for this revision of hardware, 2.0.1 is the latest. Trying to flash firmware 2.0.2 (the one for older hardware) on v0.4 boards will result in a brick. After contacting FNIRSI about this they provided the initial and current firmware for the new hardware so people can restore their devices. People affected by this can request the firmware in the FNIRSI WhatsApp channels, but be sure to check the board revision, as that is the only way to know what hardware you have if you already have a brick.

This could be very valuable information. Mine bricked several weeks ago on the upgrade and both FNIRSI and the supplier have been unable to help and not requested for it to be returned rather they have said please wait! - So I will seek out the WhatsApp channel. . Thanks.

I have an old hardware version, contacted to Fnirsi support via WhatsApp channel to verify it. They confirmed that I have an old Hhardware version and provided 2.0.2 version firmware file. I flashed it to the device, the bootloader was going from 0 to 99 %, and then the device stopped to turn on. I was waiting for 10 minutes more, nothing changed. So right now the device don't turn on, black screen. Shared it to the support into WhatsApp channel, waiting an answer.

Que buena información, mi versión es 2.0.1, pero justo abajo pone..HV::V0.4, entonces por lo que dices ya tengo el nuevo firware ya instalado de fabrica. En los videos de KZbin de actualización de firware, solo se muestra 2.0.1, pero no tienen HV::V0.4. gracias por aportar valiosa información ✌😎👍

Yeah didn't find it too. I found a bug. When enables it in Multimetr mode press MOVE button to switch it to DC voltage measure but it doesn't switch (the word AUTO still presented). Another one thing i found. It can be loaded in boot loader by holding MENU button during powering on.

Read carefully in English and determine which assembly you have is new or old. The firmware is different. They are not interchangeable. After installing the firmware, the Russian language will appear.
