@13:40ish Your bulkhead is better known as an "Interlocking Device" no doubt there are other terms of identification out there. Tubing notch-er "Rocks" When I made my wheelie bars I made a two piece interlocking block for a magnetic base electronic protractor, it stayed on the bar-stock till all the bending and fish-mouths were finalized. You can remove & replace working stock with four permanent 90° location flats. Suited for cage stock bending, when applicable. Beautiful workmanship, lookin forward to enjoying future progress videos.

Really like your home brew bender. I made one similar to this for a buddy 30 years ago. Except, I used a steel wheel, and a log splitter electric over hydraulic pump, mounted on the wheel. Never thought to put your ingenious rotating support though... How cool.
