Microsoft has now finally announced that you can upgrade to Windows 11 on non compatible laptops. So I just installed on a 10 year old dual core HP laptop with 3 gig ram over existing Win 10. Had to run both bypass scripts and allow WIN 10 to check for updates before it worked . Works like a charm now and runs very smooth 👌 Updates also work. Thank you PC Tricks Guru 👍😁

It would allow you to rollback to previous windows within 1 week of the installation. Post 7 days, rollback would still be possible for the next 3 days. But after 10 days, rollback is not possible.

Update to my last comment.. Having said i used latest iso from Microsoft, having i5 6th with tpm 1.2. When I first ran the setup it gave me error cpu and tpu requirement and failed to install. After running v2 "script it gave me error Sorry we are having trouble determining windows 11 run your pc., but to my surprise after uninstaling the v2 script it bypassed all the things and started to upgrade. I crossed checked 2 3 times, if the script remained installed it gives sorry error and if uninstall it goes ahead. What's happening. I also tried on different pc with same experience.

@PC Tricks Guru I'm going to assume that a CPU 585 @ 2.16 Hz with 4 GB Ram 32-bit OS, x64-BP with Windows 10 Pro is a no-go for Windows 11 Pro upgrade.

If the previous OS is a 32bit OS, upgrade won't go through. 64bit Windows 10 can be upgraded to 64bit Windows 11.

Disable some startup applications and check which process is utilizing the CPU and disable that service. It would help.

Yes, once you upgrade from Windows 10 to 11, and then if you do a clean installation in future, license would be auto activated because Windows 11 license would bind with the system hardware and MS servers would auto activate Windows.

Make sure to disable any active antivirus and then run the script as administrator. While running the script, it should show the status as "Installed". There are two scripts, v1 and v2, if v1 is not working, use the v2. It would definitely work.

It is very simple. You just have to create a bootable USB of Windows 11 using Rufus and then do a clean installation. It would go through.

You would get the updates in 7th Gen PC also. Script would make the updates installed without any restrictions. It would be delivered through Windows updates. You can install any update from windows update catalog website as well.

No, your license will not be lost. Windows 11 would be auto activated because existing Windows 10 genuine license users would get the upgrade for free.

Even after running the script, Windows 11 needs to be installed through original ISO file on unsupported hardware. Once the upgrade is completed, then you will be able to update the further updates through windows updates.

My device has 7th gen intel. I just downloaded the iso and extracted and run the setup. Personally I didn't like Windows 11 much because it is just like installing a theme over Windows 10. Windows 10 is fine tuned because it is now an old OS and most of the bugs are already fixed. But Windows 11 is new and still there is scope of improvement with Windows 11. Microsoft will make it work smooth with future updates as well and you would be able to run android apps also in Windows 11 (the update would be rolled out soon).

Windows 11 ISO contains all the editions inside it. When we install it, it automatically picks the right edition for the system based on the product key which was installed in the system earlier.

Yes, you would get all the updates. Installation of Windows 11 was done using official ISO file of Windows 11, so it would make sure that you would be getting latest build of Windows 11. Latest build available for Windows 11 is 22000.258 (revised on 2021-10-12)

I tested it today on an old machine and it is working fine. I think you may try with a fresh ISO file downloaded from Microsoft's website and then upgrade to Windows 11. It should work.

Sir, I have found the solution to this. The issue(migrate data during safe OS.) could be solved when, i removed all the extra hard drives from my device and ran sfc scans and dism scans.
