For last puzzle black queen to b8 check is the best move. Delaying the inevitable and perhaps forcing blunder on next move if opponent is running low on time.

Unfortunately the delay is only for a turn. ...Qb8+; Qxb8+ and it's checkmate on b6. Short on time IMHO shouldn't be an excuse to blunder that golden a winning position.

But I thought right here 1:55 is a checkmate in 3 moves. After white queens, rook b8 discover check with the queen, white king has only 2 moves and both of them leads to game over, king a1, rook takes queen a8 is checkmate. If king a3, rook takes queen a8 checkmate again.

@@itzzycho2959 But in chess, sometimes forcing a resignation is a win as well. You don't necessarily need to checkmate to win just as you don't necessarily need to stalemate in order to draw.
