Can they be installed on the panel if it is not born with audio speakers?

I don’t think so, but anything is possible if you’re skilled enough.

Is this a parallel speaker connection or ? Doesn't that change the speaker's independence? If you now have 2 ohms or less, you can destroy your radio amplifier

It is parallel, but the output is so low on the grand scale of things that I’m not worried about damage to the head unit at all. It’s essentially one output running two sets of speakers.
