Whaaaat? this service in a 4 hr flight in Business Class? Most airlines are still providing full service or at least a good snack bag. Avianca is just using the pandemic as an excuse to cut costs, shame on them!

@@SwedishFlyer I saw a similar report with Aerolineas Argentinas, only a few snacks on an 11 hr flight. Seems like latin airlines are choosing to do that but that will only hurt them in the long run.

Puras excusas como otras aerolíneas si mantienen servicio con prevención pero lo mantienen

Lamentable la situación, si hubiera sido un pasajero que pagó por viajar en clase ejecutiva sin duda elevaría la queja y pediría compensación. La falta de pantallas de entretenimiento y de comida pese a que les está ahorrando mucho dinero, está dañando la imagen de Avianca en el largo plazo

Tengo esta inquietud: Aquí está mostrando el vuelo de Bogotá a Miami por Avianca. Pero voy a preguntar por otro vuelo de Avianca pero es Cali-Orlando. Leí que es estacional hasta finales de Marzo y que de ahí va ser vuelo comercial. ¿Qué tan cierto es?

La entrada fue un poco más dura por los controles de salud nuevos que colocaron, pese a que éramos el único vuelo llegado a esa hora, tardé más de una hora entre la salida del avión hasta salir del aeropuerto. Saludos

Hi! Yes, Avianca moved their international check in counters front their domestic ones; to enter in the ElDorado lounge you can use: priority pass, lounge key or pay (the fee around 30usd)

Hola, el ascenso fue automático, al momento del abordaje me informaron que mi pasabordo no era válido porque me habían reasignado de asiento. Estos ascensos son dados automáticamente a quienes tengan nivel silver, gold o diamond en LifeMiles, en mi caso soy silver. Saludos!

@@trotamundo76 you have to understand that 22000 families are struggling not to loose their jobs, Avianca is trying to survive the pandemic and remember it’s not over ! The pandemic still continues, all major US and European airlines received a very big government economical help while Latin American Airlines get full in debts with huge investors just trying tu survive, things in Latin America are very different than other countries in the world pal, have a conscious and a heart.
