Which option would be better to go with 1. Upgrading RAM or 2. Upgrading harddisk to ssd type? I am using Sony Vaio SVE15 series with 2GB RAM

Hard disk first to SSD it’s a must then RAM

How do you get into the BIOS? Mine now says "Cant find OS".

No OS! Seems like either your storage device is failing or windows is corrupted 🫣better to take it to a recommended IT repair shop
