@@Skye_Issue I'm not sure I agree with that, I always think DF picks a strategy at the start and sticks to it watching how it either pays off or everything falls apart, while Blitz is constantly changing up his strategy and doesn't end up committing. Then RCE is trying to optimize either route. Its a Freudian Trio (id, ego, superego)!

DF use worm for faster mine iron while Blitz use drone for double or triple the iron deposit. Awesome.

You don't need to place 2 worms in the exact same spot, that is just wasting one of your iron worms. For future playthroughs you only have to place down one iron worm :)

After buying the "overcharge" upgrade, you have to fly to your drone gadget and hit the spacebar. That spends 1 water to overcharge it, which lasts a single cycle.

Ok, it's been too many games without seeing this. Upgrade dome health before healing it. The heal is a percentage of total dome health, so if it has a lot of HP it heals more overall.

I literally just finished doing this challange. Took the drones, and boosted str and movement speed. an army of drones to fly around pick everything up, I got lucky with getting a teleporter, so wander, find stuff, let the drones pick things up, and tp up oncein a while. good challange.

If I'm using the drone yard, I will make tons of drones so I never have to carry ore at all. It's a whole part of the game you can get rid of! Then drone up your army too, *some KZbinrs seem not to realise that they're two **_totally different_** sets of drone.* When they're kitted out, they'll slaughter all the aliens you're not busy slaughtering. Drones are very useful, but to make up for the loss of the shield in usefulness, have around 16 normal drones and as many military ones as you can. Ideally the big piles of iron should get cleaned away quickly. *Repeat, transport drones don't turn into battle drones!* Also, without the shield, don't dawdle getting back to base for an attack! Everyone seems to get there late when I watch plays, including me! They're trashing your dome, d00d! Without the regenerating shield, you need to be there to defend yourself right as soon as they get there, or ideally a touch before. Apart from the drones, I also strongly recommend the circular saw! It's beasty! Oh and the shockwave hammer I only just discovered but that thing is EXCELLENT! One-hits weaker enemies anywhere on screen! Stronger ones still get stunned. Totally OP, and amazing.

To actually use the drone overclock you need to spend 1 water (i think) at the reef looking thing to the left inside the top of the dome

You know "overcharge", for drones and shields, requires you to drop off water into the thing with the tubes, in the top-left of your dome? You can do it at any time, so do it just before you leave to go exploring, that way your d00ds are ready before you even get there. Then top them up again on your way out again. If you know that, but edited it out, please put it in just once, and the same for other stuff where people are gonna think *"He's missing the thing!"* Just show yourself doing it, once. It helps us sleep at night.

You're using the iron worms completely wrong, they don't work like the tree, you have to leave it on the entire deposit, and they will mine it for you so you can move on to other things.
